Great video Rich. Absolutely loved the ducks and the no F’s given by your cowboy. If I was going that fast over rocks I’d at least hold onto the wheel.
The writing on the front windshield;d is so tunny. I had a 1987 Wrangler just before I went into the Army. Man that thing was a blast. I bought it brand new off the lot with no backseat and it had a 4 cylinder motor. I wheeled every where. Wish I still had it but maybe a different motor package.
I think it's beautiful scale truck. With a few upgrades and some personalization it will be amazing. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it. The ducks on the dash were hilarious. 🦆🤣
When first opened the back door i thought you broke it😆 the snap took me by surprise, great looking truck, put some scale excessories on it,would be a great trail truck.👍👍😀
Cool and oddly accurate for a 4-link conversion YJ. The cut spring perches are kinda accurate for that conversion as well. It resembles a 4-link long arm conversion that I was eyeing for my XJ. Except for the arrangement of the transfer case and steering in the front, it's reasonably close to being accurate to scale. It's missing sway bars; but those get taken out or disconnected with a articulating setup like that anyway. The track bar (not pan-hard bar), would need to be there to keep the axle centered; but hey, it's only an R/C and doesn't have side-loads to contend with 😆. Not sure how they missed that detail with that steering design decision... Steering wheel on the right; but steering gear on the left? Maybe it's also sold in RHD countries with an alternate interior?
Great review! I was disappointed in the 4 link front with no panhard bar, but the bump steer seemed to be minimal. Agree the servo horn needs immediate replacement.
It looks like a really good performer. Might even be a great c2 comp truck with some modifying. The scale looks though need a lot of work. It looks like a robot on wheels. Doesn’t resemble a full size vehicle at all.
@@turksandjerps I usually do whatever it takes each time I watch one of your videos. This time, I set up a rather elaborate Rube Goldberg machine. It took multiple tries to get it right but it finally clicked the button. Either way, I suggest something that can be removed and used to signal across mountaintops.
This was the best review that I didn't watch. In the future if you could be less enthusiastic that would be great mmmk. I went ahead and ordered one because of the way the tailgate can just be ripped open, it just made me happy.
"MASHIGAN" because that is the Engrish form of Michigan? The license plates give the clue. Great Jerp of course but silly name. I love it, it exceeds my expectations even with the trail damage. If I get one, it's staying stock with the exception of adding rear and side marker lights
The rubber ducks falling out of the door made me LOL. Cool video Richard.
Thanks, printing and hand painting 40 ducks was worth it for that
Great review! Ordered one! The leaf conversion sold me. The ducks killed me…😆☠️👍
It’s a duck thing, you’d understand.
@@turksandjerps that’s a pretty fowl assumption lol. 😆

Thanks, glad you liked it. Cowboy let's Jesus take the wheel.
Can't wait to see how you customize this Jerp. Absolutely love the detail that went into it. Great video 👍
I have a few ideas on where to take this. Thanks

Sounds great and probably didn’t cost as much as a house either.
thanks for sharing! Seems like a great platform to start from for a nice square headlight build. Would love to see it properly sprung
Square headlights being the only true form of Jeeping of course

🦆🤣
I'm eager to customize it and make it not look like everyone else's. Glad the ducks were funny.
Great video! Looks great on the trail.
Thanks for watching
😅love the script on the windshield

Thanks. Hopefully the leaf spring kit comes out soon so I can swap over and not have to worry about 4 links.
Cool Review! Is a very Cool RC Scale "Jeep" for a very naice price. Thks for the Share!
Price is unbelievably good.
@@turksandjerps Indeed!!! A Great Scale RC, lots off cool Details a a Friends Price.

No modding required C2 champion as is
hello very good
Hello thank you
My name is Larry Toledoan
Hi Larry, thank you for your service
I forgot to hit the like when I watched it so I came back to do that. Have you considered putting bull horns on this one? Just a thought.
Please describe how you hit the like button? Softly, tenderly, violently, angrily, joyfully? Maybe just a unicorn horn.

As I reply now I think I have a plan for what to do with it.

THANKS FOR WATCHING LIKE SHARE SUBSCRIBE!!! How’s that?
@@turksandjerps not bad, I could read the smile on your face. Lol
I want one
Get one, I hear they’re only $329. That’s a lot of vehicle for the price.
Someone said the original designer of the yj was named Charles mashigan? 🤷♂️ sounds legit anyway haha
Yes that appears to be the truth
So youre telling me the body is awesome but some things are all ducked up?
Always enjoy your perspective, thanks.
Situation normal: all ducked up
Scale over performance is fine by me :)
How's that body compare in size to the Tamiya YJ? Similar? Bigger?
Bigger. Much bigger. This is 1/7 scale but they call it 1/10. Tamiya is an actual 1/10 and it’s called as such.
Great :-) How big a driver can fit in the car?
My driver is 9”
Is a yj with a tj suspension
🔵🔵🔵👍👍👍😀😀😀🔵🔵🔵
Because this is 1:7 scale.
That’s what the guy in the video said
Would the box make a good beer cooler ?
Root beer only

What kind of doll is this? Thanks~
Cowboy. No idea where from. I bought him in a lot on eBay years ago.
Cool review, what 2s battery pack you recommend?
I have a lot of Turnigy batteries so I’d say I recommend them. Good price. I used a 3S in this one.
@@turksandjerps Thank you for the recommendation and reply much appreciated.
Its HUGE! Lmao he must be used to little ones
Yeah he is
What driver did u use? Looks spot on👍
No idea where he originally came from because he’s very old but he’s 9” tall, still a bit short for this vehicle but he fit without modifications.
@@turksandjerps 🤣"Modifications" i.e. amputations.
Love the Jerp a d the video but we gotta talk about the music. Meh
Let’s talk about it
Please stop breaking your toys.
