Tons of details on the body, I can see a lot of us scale enthusiast putting it on more scale chassis.
Apparently you need another USTE coffee cup! 😁 This jeep is EPIC!
Holy crap that thing is huge...Never knew 10 scale was that huge! great review!
You want it BIG, You got it BiG! A must have for Scaler...
Hey Biff got a new, very cool, rig. 😂
Great video buddy. Thanks for sharing
I think it looks amazing, yes its a little big but ehhhh most can live with it. Looks like the electronics are easily accessible to be swapped out for better ones. My biggest concern is going to be can the axle shafts, Trans gears and ring and pinion hold up to some serious trailing. Great video Jeremy, cant wait to see more about it.
They are awesome the detail is amazing, the steering servo is terrible, actually all the electronics are pretty bad....but that can be taken care of!!!! I'm not even a huge Jeep fan but do love this rig 💯
I love this
Mashigan and fj40 have to be the most detailer rtr release this year.
Oh man I need it !!!
Nice unboxing, you got new subbed .
It's great to drive! I love the way it handles and is set up as far as drivability. The details, as usual, are unsurpassed by anyone. The interior is absolutely sick, as well as all of the exterior detailing, functioning doors, etc... The ESC, or the radio (I couldn't tell which for sure) makes the throttle way too touchy for my liking and lacks good low-speed control, but I'm also spoiled with Holmes and Futaba stuff. lol Electronics usually get scrapped really quickly on an RTR for aftermarket stuff anyway. So much of this truck is a total win! However, the scale of it is a TOTAL FAIL! This is not a 1/10 Jeep. It's definitely more of a 1/8, probably more like a 1/7 scale. It needs to be about 2/3 the size it currently is... They nailed much of it so well, but yet again, they're way off on their scale and the size people are clambering for. 😪 If it had been a 70s or 80s full-size pickup truck, it would've been a pretty good 1/10 scalish size and similar to an Axial, Element, or Traxxas, which are usually actually about 1/9. One of these days, they'll actually get the scale right and make us a legit 1/10, I hope because no one can touch them when it comes to the AMAZING scale details on their rigs. I'll be passing on this one, but if they make an actual proper 1/10, I'll be all over it!!!
Is it me or the rear shocks look softer than the front shocks?
Definitely cool but a little big for 1/10 scale
WAY too big for 1/10 scale. lol
Jeep YJ, blech, should have been a TJ with coils and 5 link suspension.
Hello from southeast alaska how's it going bro
U said there’s leffspring kit for it we’re do u get it tho
Are those Hyrax tires?
One question why is ROC Hobby allowed to sell this as a Jeep but RC4WD got sued and had to discontinue it
Runtime, 20 minutes? Last time I went crawling we were out for almost 4 hours, so that's rubbish. I've never seen a crawler unboxing without seeing it's chassis. It looked like it had minimal throttle control, too @7:06. What a fail.
The throttle control, especially for low speed, is pretty atrocious. It drives great cruising a trial and whatnot, but it's pretty darn hard to do serious crawling with because it's so jumpy.
Whatever happened to shootout vids and comparison test it was mentioned everyones afraid to compare head to head products such as Crawlers, lipos, radios, etc? ....Everything you have posted up is ancient old videos of out dated and many Discontinued items like the vaterra ascender, hpi venture, older tf2 yada yada just very old outdated rigs and vids, are you no longer interested in comparing the best of the best with some modern rc crawlers Vanquish Phoenix, Traxxas Bronco, Axial ,Element etc ?
