      While you can simple toss them into hot water about 45 minutes and let them steep, a better way is as follows: Scoop out the insides of the dried pods with a knife or spoon You can do this step after they are rehydrated, but I like to trim it out while dry. If you find this difficult, scoop out the innards later. In this recipe you can 3-5 dried Thai chili. Depending on color red curry you like 👍 you can buy this in Asian market or regular stores now they have them too. Good question 👏

      The brand I used was dried puya chili pepper 🌶 or any kind in the market is fine too as long they’re long size and dried flats like 6” ruler . They’re everywhere this day . Easy to find them 👍

      For chicken bouillon I used knorr bouillon flavored powder. You can used any chicken bouillon flavored out there it’s all delicious yummy ingredients spices 👍 good luck 👍 for your cooking 🧑‍🍳 please let me know how it goes btw sugar and salt adjust as you go cuz everyone tastes different savory flavored!
