Im mexican...and I LOVE my cultures traditional food, but...i like eating healthy, like you guys, on the regular....i'll leave the hearty Mexican diahes for once a week, or special occasions...the more "healthy" mexican recipes, i make ALL thw time...i also eat with more regulated portions like you guys...even though, i live in ths U.S. of A....
The only processed food I have ever seen in their home was the Kraft mac and cheese, lunchable pizza, frozen lasagna, and Little Debbie swiss roll mini cake. They were all foods meant to torment Alessio.😂 Everything was so fresh with vibrant colors. We need a cookbook.
Pro tip from an old chef...if you put a damp towel under your cutting board, it won't slide on the counter. Much safer that way! I love how you used leftovers to make the meatball and pepper sandwich. It would be interesting to see you make different meals with basically the same ingredients.
Your videos have popped into my UA-cam algorithm, and I can't stop watching them! You both have so much charisma and genuineness. I'm learning a lot about Italian cooking from watching your videos. Also, your garden is so pretty! If I may ask, which state do you live in? I'm in a dry and arid climate, the middle south of Washington state. I would love a beautiful garden like yours, but I don't think I can grow the same things. It looks more humid where you are.
I really love your beautiful and peaceful style of cinematography. Your videos are calming to my soul as well as inspiring to my dinner table. I found myself truly invested in the birdie birdbath actiin between the scenes as well. I'm so glad you guys stay true to your individual style. I feel as though I've visited the spirit of Italy when I watched this video.
Thank you for adopting s black, formally 'feral'.. (or street cat.)... Done cat rescue all my life...I recognize the ear tipping..... I enjoy your videos so much...in my next life..I must have an Alessio!...😉😎
I always played opera at dinner time for my children Pavarotti, mozeart are their favorite. It's ambience, and they're musically inclined now they appreciate it.
I love watching your cooking videos and getting new recipe ideas! Also loved watching the cute bird bathing and the charming nursery! Thank you for sharing!!!
vi amo entrambi e come rendete la vita così bella, così piena di semplicità amore e vita. Il miglior cibo, i viaggi e la vera felicità! Amo guardare i tuoi video! Jessie e Alessio mi fai sorridere così tanto! hai la migliore energia! ❤🫶🏻😇
Really nice video. I enjoyed it so much. The food looked amazing and healthy. I need to step up my game and cook from home more. That grilled eggplant, turkey meatballs, peppers, pizza, smoothies etc. all had my mouth watering 😋
Those turkey meatballs looked amazing & y’all eat so fresh & healthy. It’s so much better to cook from home where you can control the ingredients that goes into your meals. Love these videos!
I went to my future mother-in-law's house for a lesson on how to male polpette (meatballs). She usually makes them with beef, which i don't really like, so i switched to turkey and use a smoked scamorza and grill the dry bread (and then soak it). My fiance says "mamma mia che buono" with each bite every time.
I need to try to make turkey zucchini meatballs ❤. We need the video of making faro salad please. I make pizza from scratch at least once a week. Yes including the dough and sauce. The mozzarella I do purchase but high quality mozzarella from the Italian market.
I'm watching your video while I am eating pecorino and parmigiano {brought from my Italian vacation[Sorentina & Amalfitana Costiera+Capri Island]}, grated on my zucchini pasta! Buon a petitti! 👌 Also at the villa we stayed, they have HUGE bushes of rosemary, they gave us plenty for home and some homemade rosemary liqueur. We, Romanians, have the same way of slow living, almost every meal cook at home from scratch from fresh produces💖
We cook so similarly! I’m American, but have Italian ancestry (also friulian) and try to eat healthy with heavy Italy influence in what I cook - it’s so similar to way you make! Plus I make that frozen banana protein powder shake too - it is sooo bomb
Guys just a tip for the algorithm keep titling your videos like"Italian tries" or "what we eat in a week in Italy" and also keep the profiles super bright and colorful with the food images as well... and be very direct and intentional with the titles...❤ Btw I love you guy's videos I think they're so underrated, but I believe more people will eventually keep coming back❤💞💞😊
LOVE these recipes. Cookbook please. ALSO saw in a reply you decided where to move in Italy! THAT LAST STUFFED TOMATO DISH LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING ID FOR SURE MAKE AT HOME
Wishing both of you much happiness. I very much enjoy the turn your channel took by contrasting American life and Italian life. May I suggest doing a video on the “ Hot Dog” hot dogs were invented by an Italian immigrant, first showcasing at a World’s Fair.
This video made me hungry😁 all the food looked delicous🤌my son went to Italy lst month on his honeymoon & didn't want to leave, Love watching your videos, they always brighten my day😊ps the robin in bird bath is Adorable🙂
I love that your meals are not based on a huge piece of meat like the American meals. Instead there are lots of fresh vegetables. Some pasta. Not a huge plate of pasta. A small amount. Love all the fresh ingredients. Deserts are not caked with heavy sweet frostings.
Such a cute, beautiful, and wholesome video. So inspiring with whole foods and fresh ingredients. May you two continue to inspire this simplicity and love forever! Jessi where is your dress from at 16:56?
I just started watching “From Scratch “ on Netflix & I keep thinking of you two! Lino is s chef & reminds me a lot of Allesio. Amy just being American yet speaking Spanish and the two of them calling each other Amore….😍 Loved this. I will be trying a lot of these minus the eggplant which unfortunately i am allergic to. 😭 The birdbath clips were adorable too!
Hi Kimmy, my husband is allergic to eggplant too so I substitute eggplant based dishes with any squash or gourd like Zucchini, yellow squash, or bottle gourd.
I'm a recent subscriber and I just wanted to say I have really been enjoying your videos! Your meals look so delicious and healthy.😋 Also, I enjoyed the footage of the robin and the storm.☺Fun, uplifting videos! Keep it up!👍
I will literally buy your cook book - with your recipes and just pages with "in a week" sorta things... basically a book version of your youtube channel :):):)

I hated pizza when I was little too but I’m from New Haven, CT area and our pizza tends to have black parts on the crust. Now I love it and I have to travel to get it.
@@Dosadniste2000 I do cook it but never as good as the pizza I can have at my local pizzeria. I have an ooni pizza oven and i do make Neapolitan style pizza in it. I prefer New Haven style though.
I really appreciate all of your videos but I would love to see guys at Buckee's gas station. There should be one in your state. Rumor has it that it's the most biggest gas station came from Texas.
for the peperonata half an onion , 3 peppers of different colors , an eagplant and a few tomatoes cut into small pieces leave everything to cook on a low flame with the lid on for 40 0 45 minutes
