Okay, thank you for explaining this class better! I completely misunderstood how the Blast weapons worked…I’m gonna actually have to try the class during my third Engage playthrough.
@@abrahamlee1 Do you think Clanne would work as a Mage Cannonner? I didn't use him in my 2nd playthrough but he was one my favorites for my first...and there's still a lot about the stats that even with it being explained to me that just go straight over my head.
@@masterduelest13 Clanne could be a mage cannoneer or sage or high priest. oh when you change the class, the stats will change according the cap of each character, if you want Clanne as Mage cannoneer , he is a good fit
Rosado became my mage cannoneer because of his passive which help with hit-rate. Draconic hex was the first ability i got for it as while you won't be killing enemies you will be hitting them hard so the debuff helps even more with that. Still debating on the second ability, seen a lot of ppl go for reprisal+ from veronica
Yes rosado is good for mage cannoneer, it is a good choice. You can inherit divine pulse+ to improve the hit. This skill is used a lot in outrealm trial
@@abrahamlee1 I just tested it, it works! This is huge for Magecannon since you can get all those effective damage cannon attacks. (especially for corrupted later on).
Easy Boucheron with Divine Pulse+ and Cantor+ Corrin Emblem. What has saved my ass in every map is paring him with Corrin because using her power to stop enemies from 3-8 moving and with Dragonic Hex is what has made my maddening run and Tower of Trials even possible. This is when I found out that 0% will hit because when Divine Pulse activated I thought you had to have at most 1% for DP to activate. Oh bonus points if I have Veronica on the map and use the skill to get another hit so 3 hits in one turn at times if I dance with Sedall and using Corrin to stop enemies from charging at once😂🤣
Made Madeline one except I don't know who I am going to permanently make one but I did give it Edelgard, Divine Pulse+, and Draconic Hex. Made it more debuff oriented. To me it's a longer range Sniper meant to pick on stronger units that may give your frontline difficulties.
Draconic hex is a good choice. Even you can pair with Corrin to make enemy line freeze. Haha the personal skill of madeline is better for her to be a tanker since she is taking less damage when she stands in the front line

A good pair for them are Backup units more specific are the one who inherited the Dual Assist
Yes I think hero is a good fit for this strategy. Or some unit with Lucinda ring

Would Keen Insight from Soren work with the mage cannon attacks? +7 damage ontop of it being effective damage seems pretty strong.
