    Artemus is such an inspiration. I know the information that he gave did change from episode to episode, but that's what the game is about, right? If you expect different results from doing the same routine and having the same diet; using Einstein's definition, you're insane. This cat looks SO MUCH BETTER than what the modern day physiques are looking like: well proportioned lines, huge lats, the teeniest, tiniest waist I've seen yet, good legs and ultimate vascularity. I aspire to look like this cat one day! I WILL!

    Artemis respect for your knowledge. Does he say that he's natural in this video? No. I've been around literally hundreds of bodybuilders over the years. Apart from extreme muscle size the tell tale sign that a guys is juicing is when facial water retention accompanies low body fat. I've never seen it on anyone not juicing. Rick your cheek bones are nicely defined. Kudos to you....

      Well don't listen to everything that they're saying because a lot of what they're saying is untrue like the cutting out the sugar part sometimes you have to have sugar like sugar and soda for example and I promise you if you drink that it's not going to do anything a lot of what they're saying is not true

    • @TheGreat-or3hp
      @TheGreat-or3hp 4 роки тому

      They think they know everything but they really don't know shit

    • @TheGreat-or3hp
      @TheGreat-or3hp 4 роки тому

      I will point out to you exactly what is true of what they're saying one of the things that is true is that carbs are necessary to grow you could even find carbs through carb loading through eating an entire pizza that's an excellent carb source for me if I were to eat an entire pizza before I went to the gym I would get this crazy pump I felt a lot Fuller and I perform better in the gym that is true another part that is true of what they're saying is red meat is also a very good food source for bodybuilding cuz everytime that you were to go to a restaurant and have a steak for example it makes you feel very good it raises the testosterone level which is absolutely beneficial and necessary for growth in the gym but you can do steak or red meat and chicken at the same time it's all anabolic so it all processed as well in the scheme of things to get you games and results so you don't have to cycle them out through cutting or bulking so some of the things that they're saying is true and some of the things that they're saying is not true

    • @TheGreat-or3hp
      @TheGreat-or3hp 4 роки тому

      And that's another thing I agree with the thing about the protein shakes I would cut that all that out in my diet because they are not beneficial

  • @TheBobbysPerspective
    @TheBobbysPerspective 7 років тому

    the question becomes WHY Is red meat better for Bulking?
    Don't get me wrong , I'm not here to start a Vegan Debate. I used to believe too that red meat would put on size. But I'm questioning it Scientifically. And The only reasons I can find is a higher Creatine Count. What else is there?

  • @IkePhillipRuffin
    @IkePhillipRuffin 9 років тому +1

    The whole take on carbs honestly, is flat out wrong. If this is the case, my wife (who is a pescaterian) would be overweight, along with every over vegetarian and vegan. That actually ingest more calories than people who eat meat, and they have lower body fat, just most of them have very little muscle tone. But, there are exceptions such Derek Tresize, Frank Medrano (who is strong as hell and does moves that most athletes can't do), and a few others you can find with a simple google search.
    I understand that it thwarts the conventional old school bodybuilding mindset, but there are other ways. Just takes a little research. And the meats that you may think are "organic" or "free range", most times are no different from the ones that are injected with hormones and stimulants. Unless your slaughtering the animal yourself, you cannot be 100% sure.

    The only thing I didn't agree with was that "sugar is the enemy". "It bloats you and makes you soft." Where is the science behind this? There is nothing wrong with sugar. Maybe if all your carbohydrate sources of the day consisted of sugar, yeah! But what the heck? There is nothing wrong with sugar being a part of your diet. Especially when timed strategically... Great video though, Ric. Your one of the best fitness channels on youtube... because you listen to and speak with your subscribers. You care and support them like they do you... You also bring on a lot of great people.

    I tried to avoid eating carbs unless it's for one carb loading day and then I'll just binge on carbs like on a day that I'm feeling tired and lazy for going to the gym everyday you should do only 1 carb loading day a week because if you eat too much carbs in my opinion it'll just start to make you fat I agree with that it's all a science but you could just throw all that out the window and just go with the old Maxim just fucking eat

    Ric, with all due respect... it's insane to comprehend a bodybuilder never getting a pump when he is juicing! This is very rare - if it happens, you probably have bunk gear. Artemus needs to focus on training advice and nutritional advice. Also, separate the feelings and norms of a steroid user from a natural... as someone who has been on, it's a lot different!

    Another point I want to make is that when you already have the muscle on your frame that's when it's the hardest to put on new muscle what that means is you have to do more reps in the gym I don't care what the way it is you have to increase the amount of reps that you do to make the muscle grow past its Plateau especially when you're on gear that's when you should be doing it the most so if your average is 30 reps of set do 100 reps a set do a hundred reps and I fucking promise you you will get bigger but people don't want to fucking listen to what I have to say because there's a lot of ignorant people in this world that don't want to have the right advice and they just want to take the easy way out and just go to the gym and be a lazy piece of shit it said a fucking working hard that's why they all look like shit because they just want to go to the gym and be a piece of shit

  • @TheGreat-or3hp
