Fun trip in the Sipsey! Lots of water and waterfalls- very refreshing! Really interesting to see how the water level went down when you were crossing to leave. 👌👍🌳🌳🌳
You were close to me!!! Sipsey is an amazingly gorgeous place & holds a special place in my heart!!! I hate that it rained so hard before you got there. The water is usually a beautiful milky blue color.
Thank you for allowing me to enjoy the beautiful trail youall had the fortune to hike. I live in the desert although it has its own beauty it has been awhile for me to see that much water. Just stunning. Hike on!
The waterfall that was called little ugly is actually deer skull and the one on the right is an unnamed fall. Little ugly falls is about a quarter mile above deer skull.
Jeremiah, your opinion on waterproof footwear versus regular footwear for trail hiking (not deep water crossings)? I currently use waterproof boots and I feel my feet get sweaty during long hikes (6mile+). I am considering switching footwear, but I do like not having to worry about getting feet wet when water runs across the trails.
They might be in my “held comments” section. Sometimes UA-cam does that for no reason. I’ll check it tomorrow on my computer. On my phone at the moment. Apologies if they were removed

Great video my friend! The Sipsey is an incredible place full of waterfalls and you had a great crew to show you the way.
It was like a VIP tour
I love Sipsey. I'll be heading out there next weekend! Love the videos! Keep up the good work and stay safe out there.
Also, what is your hammock setup you are using for this trip? I will be using something similar when I go. What kind of underqulit is that?
I use a custom made hammock by trail craft designs with dutch clips, beetle buckles and a UGQ Underquilt
Good times as always brother. Alabama was beautiful.
Had a blast with you, bro

My feet are the prettiest 😁

You're hiking in my neck of the woods. We hike and camp it in the fall/ winter months
Absolutely beautiful. Never seen so many waterfalls before
You are a happy man when you are on trail.
Amen to that
That place is awesome! Seen it often on Crow's channel!! Great video!!
Appreciate that!

Great video and beautiful waterfalls. But what's up with that title? I was hoping for some tips on dealing with lots of rain.
I’m not sure. It’s been some time since I did the title
@@JeremiahStringer No worries. Typos happen.
An excellent waterfall filled trail, and you have prettier feet than Jason, but just by a little toe....
Lol that's what's up
Do you guys make your own naam bread or do you buy it and bring it out? If you do make it how so?
I buy it at my local Kroger
@@JeremiahStringer oh dang. I was hoping you guys baked it on a rock. I would be supper impressed
I want to go there! Nice video. Can u share that route or just say where u started and ended?
Here is some of it, but some was off trail www.alltrails.com/explore/map/sipsey-wilderness-trip-1-148260a?u=i
If you want to go, hit me up and I can create a route for you.
Nice, where's your buddy JK
He was in Honduras at the time I think lol

Do you wear Darn Tough wool socks? I did a 90 mile trek last summer over 10 days with 3 pair. Never got sweaty or a singles blister
@@frostriver4547 Yes I wear the lightweight version currently since it is so warm
@@daveb931 sorry to hear. Unless your boots are not at all breathable, I can’t guess what else may help other than good liner socks, like Fox River.
I like non waterproof, but in the winter time I go with waterproof unless I'll be wading through deeper water that would go over the top of my shoe
@@JeremiahStringer thank you for the feedback!
