ok i need to know where you got the new hammock. i got myself a new one for christmas and i have only had it out once about a month or so ago. i have a custom redtail from Hemlock Mountain outdoors. i plan to have it out again this weekend. ty for the share man.

Speaker? Do you have any idea how far that sound carries in a non-urban environment? Congrats on ruining everyone else’s backpacking experience, then recommending and bragging about it. Otherwise, reasonable and practical advice, but on this, clueless and confident.

Why do you get your hiking shoes soaked crossing a stream when you have Crocs hanging off your Hyperlite? Why endure the rest of the day and next in squishy and damp shoes?
I had to cross a stream every 20 minutes. I was too lazy to change back and forth between shoes. It would have added some time to my hike and I wanted to relax at camp lol. I wore the crocs at camp though
