Up late this Saturday night making Sunday dinner & this is what I made because the hub asked me to make chicken noodle soup & I had no idea (he didn't marry me for my cooking lol) found you and...omgg...thank u so much for this recipe! I followed it to the tee except that I used 1/2 tsp of cayenne instead of 1 because the hubby doesn't like much heat. Of course I had to taste & it is absolutely DELICIOUS! Has my house smelling amazing! Hub's asleep but he is going to be in heaven tomorrow! Again, thank u so much!

My moms been really sick, and she asked me to make her some chicken noodle soup (canned)
I’m still young but I bought the ingredients and made a huge pot using this recipe, it turned out amazing.
I poured in a bit of “Cream of Chicken” in the soup as I added the roux, overall I think it turned out great! I hope my mom likes it :D
Edit: she loved it!! thank you!! x3

    • @TheCajunChef

I would cut the chicken and make a stock with the carcass. just boil the carcass with salt and onion, bell pepper and a couple of celery stalks. then remove the carcass and veggies.
Or you could just use the water from cooking your chicken.

It's actually not a myth. Chicken or meat in general is good for illness because of the protein. Protein encourages the growth of antibodies in your immune system. If that is wrong my microbiology teacher has some explaining to do.
