A few years ago, i saw a picture of two guys at a trump rally; you might have seen it, too. Their shirts said "i'd rather be Russian than a Democrat." Hard to wrap the brain around that.

I've lived in the South all my life and I am surrounded by people who are still pissed about losing a war over 150 years ago. There's no way anybody will ever convince me that that ex KGB Col, who stood in East Berlin as the wall came down has ever gotten over being on the losing side of the cold war. The thing I don't understand is WTF happened to the republican party? I hate them more than I ever hated any Russian now.

Russia has been less able to cause havoc in other areas of the world as their resources are being tied up. Also, it is not as if the U.S. cannot go and fix our own issues at the same time as we aid Ukraine.
