- This was during a great charity event called, Laps for Charity here at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. A famous NASCAR track.
The Las Vegas Tundras club set out to this charity event to have the awesome experience and to give back to our community. Although this happened during this event, it was a great experience and I'm sure we all would do it again, just probably not with huge lifted trucks again lol.
There were many factors that led to this accident.
The wide wheels, negative offset, big tires, the lifted suspension, weight of the truck, and the biggest part was from the stress of all that from the steep bank on the turns. This led to the wheel hub completely breaking off sending my wheel (tire and rim), and brake rotor down the track without the rest of my truck.
No I did not have a blow out, no I did not hit the wall (how could the left side hit the wall without spinning out first. There is another video of this from a spectator who says this is what happened lol.), no I did not collide with another truck, and no one was hurt thankfully.
Don't let this stray you away from participating in this event. Just make sure you have the proper setup as you are able to go upwards of 60mph during this event. - Авто та транспорт
All the stress on that one weak wheel
I use too have a F-250 17 thing was sweet had a 20 inch FTS lift on 54s same thing happend too me and flip. Lucky its was built ford tough and they lift cover my ass see waiting for new 2022 F-250 Limited so i just save money or by a moped for mean time.
I wouldn't call that a wreck.
U salvaged title that truck lmao
It'll take more than a broken wheel hub to salvage title a Toyota. Lmao
Was hoping for tundras crashing for real like I did last week, not at fault luckily
crazy. woulda scared the crap outta me
What size lift do have
I think the 2006 version looks the coolest.
I just sold my 2006 yesterday, I miss it already
So, no track inspection required?
There was but not something you could have easily caught or the angle of the track really just put that much strain on my truck with the lift, offset, and weight of my wheels.
Okay, it takes a special kind of dummy to take a lifted truck, not at all built for the task, to a race track.
So did you hit the wall or anything?
+funnyfrommelt lol definitely did not hit the wall or anything on the track. just lost a wheel to a failed wheel hub as you would have read in the description.
+Ninja Ed lol I see that now 😂 sorry
+funnyfrommelt lol no worries. There is another video on UA-cam that a spectator posted claiming I hit a wall and what not. But they were retarded and delusional. The whole time they were recording they were just annoying especially once the accident happened lol.
I'm just wondering why anyone would take a.tundra to the track???
Same reason anyone brings any vehicle to the track. And this was for charity.
+Ninja Ed so you took your tundra on a track for charity?
+BigpoppaKC yes, if you watched the video or read the description you would have seen it was for charity. But I've brought my truck to the drag strip multiple times for fun as well. First time on the NASCAR track which was a charity event.
+Ninja Ed you drag race your tundra too?
+BigpoppaKC yes... You can see videos of our drag race meets on my channel.
This is the reason why I don't like lifted trucks, only for show.....looks nice but not reliable and durable
Hlubkoj1011 lol everyone has their own opinions. But don't go sayin mines just for show. They may be SEMA trucks but they get put to use. Thanks for commenting.
