    Hey Hussey,
I decided to fix sausage and cabbage for my family for dinner tonight, popped up you tube and searched and there you were. This is exactly what I was looking for. I am also throwing down some corn on the cob in butter and tarragon. A pan of buttermilk cornbread on the side and we are eating some good groceries.
    Thanks for the videos,
    Mike

Hussey... This cook looks so good especially at 02:10 in the morning. I'm wondering if this is a North Carolina thing. My wife of 47 years is originally from Fayetteville, NC. She used to make this all the time but she would use bacon in place of the sausage in a cast-iron skillet. But now I think I need to "Give It A Try" as Todd Toven says on my BS griddle. Maggie says she would have eaten a few pieces of that sausage.
