Fully agree with Anthony. Push yourself beyond the limits you have set for yourself.
Only problem with failure is it can bare a cost which many cannot afford. Try not to put the level of success too high. Smaller goals lead to more success.

Someone once said they feared more the consequences of inaction, now that scares the shit out of me for sure. The fear of looking back one day when we’re very old grey and incapable, looking back and thinking, fuck I should’ve had a crack. To do nothing is unfair to yourself and all the other people on this planet that would like to, but aren’t in a position to take action.

Ant joined in 1997 when he was 17. I joined in the same year when I was 18 and booted out on medical grounds in 2003. I'm proud to say I was 1/1000th of the man he is.

I really liked what he had to say about Failure. If only my younger self had known this and had a prepared speech for when Mum & Dad opened that envelope & stared expressionless, at my school report card. Ahhhhh!!!

Great bloke, but I do find it amusing how Business leaders pretend they'd be interested in taking on board what he has to say, with these seminars. Big payday for Ant, but they'll ignore most of it. One example : Ant speaks of how heirachy in Special Forces units is only a thin formality, because everyone has to be open to suggestions that an 'officer' may not have even considered in the moment, in order to get stuff done. Will the average UK workplace employ this wisdom? Will they hell - there is too much heirachical ego - "I've made it to team leader role" or Warehouse managers who never visits 'troops on the ground' to be open to suggestions of ways to improve things. I see it all the time, middle managers walking around workplaces conversing only amongst themselves, cooking up stupid ideas and applying them upon the workplace without ever once consulting the people doing the job day in and day out who can tell you what is going to work and what isn't. The average Business is like the Army with its elaborate heirachy, not Special Forces units.

I don't see how someone can make an entire video and misspell a word in the thumbnail that is spelled correctly in the title.
