(pls dont kill me if i havent uploaded part 2 in like a week or somethin)
The rest of the drivers being George Russel, Valterri Bottas, Carlos Sainz, Zhou Guanyu, Alex Albon, Dianel Ricciardo, Oscar Piastri, Yuki Tsunoda, Pierre Gasly and Fernando Alonso, will be featured in the next one. I know yall must be suprised as hell with me not doing Alonso in the first part.

TBH, they werent bad under fred. 2nd best pitstops, fired Rueda (the head of strategist for the last 10 years) and the reliability wasnt too bad.
But outside factors (Mostly SC timing) cost him to go from p4 ish to 10th in silverstone, 2nd to 3rd in Mexico and cost him the win in Vegas

Im excited to see this rookie big move to Ferrari or Red Bull next year, because he has been showing promising talent at Aston Martin with finishing fourth after the season.

It’s 2024, and oh boy have I got some big, huge news, like 7.612 seconds lead on Max Verstappen kind of news.
The thing about Leclerc and him pushing too hard is actually really funny, cuz I feel like you will rarely see him in the wall while he has a car capable of pole or front row. The problem is starting when the car isn't fast enough and he thinks his skill and speed will make up for it (like miami and Zandvort this year). Also ferrari being unstable and not suited to his driving style doesn’t help either
That's pretty much the compromise of pushing too hard. Sometimes it works well but sometimes it doesn't.
It's more of a mentality problem than skill, and as you said the car didn't suit him for most of the year so it's hard to push it to the limits.
@@barcafan94 Yeah, I think its really hard for him to settle for less, that's why he is often on the limit. Like you said, sometimes it works well, sometimes not, but I like that about him
And that’s all you need, no one cares if you crash in a haas if you can win in a Ferrari

Scratch out one Lando's weaknesses
Unpopular opinion: Zhou is BY FAR the most quiet driver in the grid. Think about it when you hear sbdy talk about the 2023 season have you every heard anyone say anything about zhou. Not to forget the fact that in the entire season the alfa romeo team had like a 2 minuite live showtime on sundays

I mean with Lance, his statement of "Diamonds are made under pressure" may be true for him, he was pretty damn good in Williams and Racing Point but now since he has no pressure, he has no reason to better himself.
Also Lance isnt a bad driver to be honest, he's just wildly inconsistent, you don't get multiple podium finishes if you're a Latifi level driver. His highs are up there with Hulk and other upper midfield drivers but his lows are Latifi level.
I believe Lance deserves a spot in F1, just not in a top team like AM is becoming (hopium). I think he'd be great in WEC if AM goes through with that Valkyrie stuff.

i agree, once the hate rlly started to seep in late season, his performance levels actually started to balance out with alonso. he probably got threatened by his dad or something
Verstappen's weaknesses are the only thing that gives his competitors hope...which he usually crushes anyway.

He was competing with the Mercs, and winning races when they were the most dominant car in history, with the statistical GOAT driving for them. He competed his whole carting career against Charles Leclerc and beat him almost constantly. Don't let your biases cloud your remembrance of history, Verstappen's entire life has been lived challenging and competing against the best...and winning.

You also need a driver to have the balls to shut the door when he tries one of his outrageous overtakes plus ur man is kinda on point. Look how frustrated and annoyed max got in 2021 when checo was getting preferential treatment in certain races. With Logan, I think he should've stayed in F2 for another year, even Vowles said so. The step up from F2 to F1 has gotten so incredibly large because the cars are still following the old Pre-2022 F1 car regulations which is finally changing for the F2 2024 season. Logan underperforming is more a symptom of F2 being a shit feeder series for F1 if anything since he was barely behind Lawson and not a million miles away from Pourchare in 2022, two F2 drivers people hold in high reguard and even they can't get drives because F1 teams don't really rate F2 drivers atm because of the gap. Christ even Drugovich, the guy who blew all 3 of these drivers that I mentioned away in 2022 cannot get a seat.
Piastri is the only F2 driver that has come in with any real success since 2018/19 and even then he was the backup driver for Apline for a year, even though he is a generational talent and one of the best drivers that has come out of F2 in the last 5 years.

Disagree with Race starts as a weakness for Lewis, stats show he had the second fastest reaction time on the grid on average last year, a couple bad starts doesn't mean that it's a weakness. I'd say his weakness is spatial awareness, he drives the modern cars like they have the proportions of the 2007 cars lmao
his race starts have got better in recent years however look back on the silver war from 2014-2016 and 2016 particularly his starts were regularly losing him 5-6 places and probably cost him the title that year

Hamilton - motivation - he needs to be stimulated by an engineer or Toto when things are not going his way, and sometimes he is not 100% concentrated on racing (one of possible reasons why he lost in 2016)

I think Sargeants biggest flaw is consistency. He has shown he has the speed to become a great driver, but is inconsistent and crashes a lot (to be fair verstappen did too his rookie year). If Logan was more consistent, which will come with experience, he would regularly score points and would demonstrate more of his raw skill
Though, Max crashed when driving on the limit and trying to take over another driver. Sergeant just crashes eveb with no other cars near him
Sargeant has at this point showed that he does not belong in F1. He's had a full season of F1 and hasn't shown any real improvement. I feel bad for the guy but there are so many other talented drivers that deserves a seat.

I don’t think Jos is much of a factor nowadays. I’m sure he still has Max’ ear, but he seems to make himself scarce during raceweekends (if he even attends). And not so much his patience, but more the patience of the team with him.

Lance is an odd one. A skill issue that doesn't apply to the wet. Front row at Monza when 18 and a podium at that age in a not-fast-anymore Williams. In a season where he's invisible, he can rack up a strnagely high number of points.
