    Ingredients
    For Marination
    Chicken thigh 300gm
    Onion 1 small slice cut
    Green chillies 3 Chopped
    Pink salt 1tsp
    (Namak)
    Black pepper 1tsp
    (Kuti Kali mirch)
    White pepper 1tsp
    (kuti safaid mirch)
    Chicken powder 1tsp
    Garlic powder 1tsp
    Rice flour half cup
    (Chawal ka Atta)
    Corn flour half cup
    Baking powder 1tsp
    Egg 1
    Oil for Fry.
    Ingerdients For sauce
    Butter 1tbsp
    Oil 1tbsp
    Garlic 2 cloves chopped
    Ketchup 1 cup
    Dark Soya sauce 1tbsp
    Chipotle sauce 1tbsp
    Honey 1tbsp
    Water half cup.
    Method.
    Cut Chicken thigh into strips then roughly chopped.
    Take a mixing bowl add chicken, add onion,green chillies,chicken powder,garlic Powder, rice flour,cornflour ,egg and All spieces mix well and marinate for 30 mins atleast.
    After 30 min deep fry until crispy Brown.
    Now take a pan add butter, oil, add chopped garlic saute for 1 min then add Ketchup, dark Soya sauce, Chipotle sauce, honey, water mix well and cook for 3 mins on high flame. Sauce is Ready.
    Now Add fried chicken tender in sauce toss well.
    Sprinkle some sesame seeds.granish with green onion.
    Serve Hot

    Why do you slice the onion with the skin still on? And would it not be easier to slice the green peppers open and remove the seeds before chopping the peppers?
