Great job on this video! After visiting many Sandals resorts, Royal Plantation is our favorite. Just because it is small and quiet and the staff treat you like family. Our Favorite resort. We were there last November 2022. We are returning Oct 2023. Can't wait. Love this place. Great as a home base for other resorts. And yes THE most relaxing beach!

Dunns River has not bad but not great mattresses and alot of repair issues. Patrick was a greatbutler. We weren't allowed to go to Ochi. We had to pay to go shopping. $45. Still had fun. Best resort we stayed at was St. Lucia.

I never been to that Sandals but I love Jamaica. The service is top notch, good food and very nice people. Some aggressive sales people off the resorts yes. They never really bothered me but I certainly understand how some could feel uncomfortable.
Pickleball even in Jamaica now? It's a fun game a great workout.
You'll find much nicer beaches and a clearer calm water on many other islands.
It took us a few excursions to get accustomed to the sales people. We feel much more comfortable now. Really appreciate your comment! Pickle ball is taking over! They have full groups coming to play Pickelball together.

Does sandals ochi have any hot tubs?
It has “whirlpools” that aren’t much warmer than other pools, but it’s so hot I don’t think they would be too popular if they were much hotter.
@@HoneymoonAlways thank you are they located in the spa, or just in with the other pools? Just looking to relieve muscle tension.
I am interested in life in Portugal and don't really care about Caribbean all inclusive resorts.... especially with the creepy race dynamic that always exists down there (largely white clientele, black servants) and the abject poverty that you know exists right outside of the resort, ick ... but I will stick with you guys for awhile because you seem cool. Good luck on your project :)
Thank you for your comment. We totally understand, and take no offense if people interested in Portugal aren’t interest in these videos now.
Some of the things you mentioned are on our minds constantly, (race dynamics, economic position of locals) it’s a big topic we are trying to get a full understanding of beyond what is clear on the surface, might make a video one day on that.
