I'm happy to hear about your journey at R. E. Garrison. I used to drive for them a couple of years ago and I really enjoyed my time there and didn't have any issues with them at all. Everyone there was helpful, and I loved my driver manager because he always kept me rolling and got me the loads that worked best for me because I generally like to stay out at least a month sometimes more depending on how I felt. My brother used to drive there and that's how I found out about them. My brother got an older truck like you did and he paid his truck off pretty fast, and he loved it there as well. I left of good terms, and they said I could come back when I was ready, and I just might do that.
@@412hwc best way IMO is to just cold turkey sugar and carbs. You might feel like crap for a week or 2… maybe 3. I never got the keto flu. Drink plenty, PLENTY of water. Buy some Baja Gold salt or Celtic Sea Salt (both online just google them), you can get a 25 bad of Baja gold or a 15 lb tub of Celtic. Definitely buy bulk. Take 1 tablespoon and scoop it with salt. Add that salt to a bottle of water (reverse osmosis water, Walmart, water section, blue 1 gallon jugs) this will be your electrolyte drink (like Gatorade), salt will help you through detox. Eggs, bacon, steak, water, salt, ground beef, pot roast, ribs, ect. Just like that. Start today!

@@412hwc keto flu is what is termed when you feel like complete crap when detoxing carbs and sugar. The billions of cells in your body are energized by carbs and sugar (glucose) which your body treats as an addictive drug (which it is) and just like drugs you have to detox so it’s the withdrawal period. Do not fast before starting carnivore, you can hurt your body doing that and shock it (not in a good way). A1 would be considered low carb (keto) which would be fine but here is what I suggest doing first, carnivore in reality is an elimination diet. Eat only meat, season with salt to taste, skip the black pepper if you can stand it. Literally salt meat (preferably a NY strip, T-bone, ribeye, any fatty red meat) and water. Do that for a minimum of 3 months. That will get you through detox and that’s when you will really feel the awesome benefits of being carnivore. After 3 months. Introduce things back in like different seasonings, sauces, ect. Do them one at a time for about a week each and listen to what your body tells you about which ever your trying for that week. If you don’t feel good with it, eliminate it. If you’re alright with it, keep it around. As for frying, absolutely. 💯 Get an oil fryer or an air fryer. If you get an oil fryer, use beef tallow, lard, or bacon grease ONLY! You could substitute coconut flour or almond flour instead of regular flour. In an air fryer, coat the wings or whatever in butter, bacon grease, tallow, or lard and use crushed pork rinds and fry. Honestly, I’d hold off on that till your 3 months is up just so you get to the optimal starting point because chicken is a very lean meat and those first 3 month, you’ll need the fat and plenty of it so stick to those fatty red meats. @rawtruckin5702 I do get it, but when you post a 6-month review of a lease purchase you must know people want to see how much they could potentially make if they join the company considering lease purchase has a bad reputation because a lot of companies scam you and trap you there with negative checks every week because they lied about the numbers. You're saying all kinds of good things about the company which will probably get people to want to join regardless if you you're not trying to recruit people. People are searching for information, UA-cam is filled with company reviews who never really go into the details but a lot of lease purchase horror stories.
