You say they can be lifted into that position do they lift themselves or do you physically have to lift them. More information needed.

Lol it kinda is more complicated because I had to look this up so I can wash my windshield.
Or, just slowly pull the wiper arm up in the same path of usage then move it upright.
Lexus says same thing but will pull up.
