The young women investigators were very unprofessional. Didn't present a badge or anything. She couldn't stop playing with her hair. It was more 15 minutes of fame interaction than investigating something. Blonde bun lady recognised you immediately. Couldn't stop grinning at first. Knew she was going to be on UA-cam and wasn't comfortable interacting when she was alone.😅
I am retired USAF and from what I can remember and understand is that there can be and are sections INSIDE a base that are designated by this code where you can't take photos, etc, INSIDE the base. You can't go up to a nuke sub and take pictures of the inside of, or in a lot of fighter craft you can photo the insides, etc, These are all areas not accessible to the public anyways, and can't be seen from public roads. Nowhere does this code state entry points of a base. Back in the 90's when I was in, a lot of base gates were right off the road, and could be seen and photographed from a the road. A lot more bases now have a sign saying you are entering federal property and you can't record beyond this spot, but the gate is a lot further up the road to make it harder for the public to see it and record it. I was just a mechanic, and I'm in no way an expert on any of this, but this is what I remember from my time as active duty in the 90's and 2000's. And once you reach the gate, you are no longer really protected by the US Constitution. You are subject to the laws and regulations of the Military and Base Commander, and they can search you or car at any time. I now work for the US Army at a armament proving grounds, and I can not go out to the range and take videos of what they are doing out there, but it is deep in the base and can't be seen from public. That is what people need to understand, from public view. Keep up the great work Sean! I hope you come back to Maryland soon! If you do, let me know and we can go out to Perry Point Veterans Medical Center.

@@chrisle2674 100% wrong. Highway A1A in front of that installation IS part of the military base. The public simply has the privilege of driving on it. The base has shut down Hwy A1A in the past, and can do so whenever they want because it is their property. The base owns all the way from that fence line to the ocean. I have personally messaged Sean in the past (as well as several other prominent auditors) to dig into 18 USC 797 and get some legal advisement before they embolden the auditing community to go do something stupid and get carted off to jail based on law that they do not understand the application of.
I always love how the people who you come across "understand" what you say to them yet they patently do not or are just not listening. They appear more intent in telling you their thoughts, however whimsical and misplaced, and exerting their perceived authority over you. Just shows what giving power to people who do not have the intelligence to work out what is going on and the extents of their authority over you, can do. Disappointing and not a little disconcerting. Keep it up boss.
Another great job following up on this audit. I, too, have looked for this list designated by the president, and can't find it. This approach to law is very unstable. If they claim the list must be kept secret, then how is the public to know when and when not to record? If their answer is "well, we'll tell when you can and can't", that is unworkable because we've already seen LEOs, government officials and members of the military constantly lie to the public or are clueless as to the law themselves. It just doesn't work to have a law that is applied in secret and only upon the word of any rando that claims to have authority.
For investigators, they really didn't investigate anything. All they did was lie about fake rules and call the cops for nothing. The Sgt did his job properly.
Key words in 18 us code 795 ' the President defines certain vital military and naval installations' it does not say 'Any and All ' military and naval installations.

these are the people whom swore an oath to uphold the Constitution. disgusting.
They don’t understand why it’s disgusting.
It's quite a disgrace that those two women and their supervisors are so un 😂 knowlegable. Disgraceful.
They're just young and think they are upholding the Constitution. This is a great learning experience. The actual guy who was task in that moment with protecting the base, the Staff Sgt, handled the situation correctly. He followed his training. He made contact which assessed the situation. He respected his rights and went back to his post because there was no threat to the base. I was in the military and as far as base security goes he's one of the good ones based on the interaction.
The young women investigators were very unprofessional. Didn't present a badge or anything. She couldn't stop playing with her hair. It was more 15 minutes of fame interaction than investigating something. The women and the last guy should go investigate why they don't know the difference between filming inside the base and filming outside the base. The gate isn't Top Secret.... what's beyond the gate is Top Secret and can't be filmed. They know this because they've seen the signs on those buildings and the fences that surround those buildings. They should know the difference considering their job title.

They don't really know the US Constitution. The recruiter and MEPS don't teach you that, it's just an oath you say to the US Constitution including an oath to the Military Justice system -- with no knowledge just saying a blind oath. Other veterans also know this.

Laws enforced for the US 18 code 795 only applies where individuals are found to be trespassing on military property. As long as you are on public property and not engaging in any prohibited activities, such as trespassing or attempting to access restricted areas, you should generally be within your rights to take photographs of the exterior of a military installation.
I wouldn't be surprised if the supposed investigating ladies were merely civilian secretarial staff, coming back from lunch.

Actually 💪 normally the ladies in general over act in a manly way when given authority, but I'll give em a pass this time.
Sean, the video is awesome, especially when you got that perfect angle.
