Most "Impala SS" models didn't have a 409 engine, my 62 2door had a 283, 2sp trans. To be honest, I thought my 62 Chev was considered a mid-sized car, versus a full sized Cadilac's, Imperials and Lincoln's, that's until the Malibu and similar sized cars came out. ;-) Btw - My mom had a 66 Crown Imperial and dad a 68 Chrysler 300.
If you could own ONE, which one would you choose?
Amazing!
Thanks!
