I know this video is a year old but because of my curiosity, I went to google maps to see the street view of the house. But for some reason, the address you showed @0:26 (225A Chiswick High Road) is the Foxtons Chiswick Estate Agents, not the house you toured? Did the new owner demolished the place?
I pass the home every day and it's never caught my eye, would never think it would cost this much! 😂 I did see new occupants move in, so congrats to them! 🥳
Definitely one of the best properties you've shown. I used to spend a lot of time in Chiswick in the 90s, a pretty decent district. The decor is spot on, as is the use of space. I'd happily live there.
I LOVE It when Matt & Summer are both touring the houses and buildings together! Instead of one of them being behind the camera, team work makes the dream work!
I would love to see some of the expensive houses up north, like a grade II listed house in Harrogate? There's so many amazing properties with character up north that have been nicely modernised :D
Lovely modern house and having a drive way is a bonus....i hope you are both reading this, i like to highlight something, not being negative but I preferred it when it was only the 2 of you, 3 is a crowd and having a camera man hasn't really changed nothing as you still both take turns in speaking so there isnt any need it hasnt increased your levels here just continue as how you started just the 2 of you. You have upped your levels by showing showing your viewers some fantastic house so keep it up😀
What a cool house! Exquisitely finished. Love the mix of contemporary and vintage. The only thing is, that, for the money, I feel it’s a bit exposed and overlooked. Thanks guys!
I am hoping it's not just me that is watching this beautiful videos because of this beautiful couple's beautiful, nice and clear english! love you guys, xx
My current house is 4000sq ft, we bought it a few months back and it cost us less than 10% of the cost of this house. But we live up north, goes to show the difference in house prices!! This house is stunning though!
still way way way out of my price range but loving this one, defiently one of my favourites I've seen on the channel. price seems resaonable unlike some too
The whole house is a travesty from entrance hall to basement and roof space. Too much white and too many smooth surfaces. The kitchen floor is an accident waiting to happen.
I like this kind of old styled house. Its layout is very reasonable and it has a big garden that keeps the house some distance from the street. And the old stone wall gives me security and privacy.
Great House @Matt & Summer love it! Great location and so much house too, for a family! Omg! Love the view out into the garden from the kitchen and social living area. Always look forward to your uploads.
This is one of the best design house and suitable for living in UK. The bedroom on top is great for guess and the cinema area is fantastic. Area is great with new property building structure. Perfect! This one worth this price.
I wanted to know who the other celebrities painted in "military general" style were, but we blazed right past them... Oter than that, I loved the historical photograph of the church & house.
Me too. I saw George Clooney, Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt. Not sure of the others. Thought there might have been Patrick Stewart but I could be wrong. Who did you recognise?
You can slow the video down, maybe that will help? I recognised Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Matt Damon, Robert De Niro, Leo Dicaprio, George Clooney, Al Pacino, Joaquin Phoenix, Jason Statham and Brad Pitt. I think those were all of them.
That's a very impressive house! Not to my taste, but very eye catching. The price is astonishing though - that house outside of London would be at least £2m less. Absolutely ridiculous the mark up that the London housing market adds to a home. The inflated London housing bubble has to burst at some point - particularly after everything that has gone on over the last 1.5 years.
Top end of London housing market is completely different to other parts of England. International millionaire buyers from Russia, China, Middle East and Africa inflate prices. And we'll it's London.
A-MAZING… Loved the juxtaposition of the modern and traditional style. Some amazing features like the infinity mirror and the lighting and the hidden wine room… very my style. Well done video. Great idea to have had the videographer filming this beauty and the both of you doing the touring. Also loved the church next door. I used to live next to a church but I only had the side view which was a brick wall. But it created great privacy.
Beautifully presented property and well worth the asking price! If I we're buying this I would have high fencing and an electric gate at the front of the house, as it feels too exposed with it being near roads. I'd also have high fencing at the rear to at least double the wall heights.
@@sandrawestley4193they allow 9 feet for fences for areas within Hounslow council (it’s where I live) it deffo needs some high fences. The front is so bizarrely open, it needs a nice wall around it.
The house is really nice & clearly a lot of work went in to it, but I still can’t get over how much people want to charge for houses in London. This would be 2, maybe 3 times cheaper literally anywhere else in the country.

The actual house is perfect but the location wouldve been much better off if it was secluded and not on a busy main road
Car hit the house
It’s not on a main road, it’s more on a residential road.
u can always put double windows :D
@@paguliukas: if the house is in a conservation zone, double glazing may not be permitted even if the windows retain the look of the originals.
The house was there long before the road
Gorgeous! The only thing I’m not a fan of are so many mirrored surfaces. It cheapens the look of the lovely interior.

The best house you have shown, at least for me as my style is monochromatic. Absolutely love it.
