I found with any muscle it’s not really much about finding the perfect routine but it’s more about the knowledge of having different methods you can use to target specific muscle groups more effectively.
I’ve been in a diet and doing this workout and I lost belly fat and my first band of ABS started to show lost 20 pounds 🎉 this workout is so good to train your ABS

I’ve been trying to go to gym for years but struggle mentally to keep going and when I do go I see no progress ( as obviously it takes a long time) and I give up thinking it’s pointless. I’ve been doing different workouts from this channel each day so arms Monday chest and shoulders Tuesday etc and I jsit wanted to know how much it actually impacted u ?
@@owenwootton5541 it’s impacted me a lot i’ve gained 15 pounds of muscle and cut down weight to have shredded abs i workout 5 times a week and do it like monday arms and abs , tuesday back and abs , wednesday off , thursday legs , friday arms and abs , saturday back and abs , sunday off , and just keep repeating the cycle while rotating through videos that target the same area but with different exercises

@@owenwootton5541 yes motivation only gets you so far and now i made it a habit so even on days where i don’t feel like working out i still get it down , situations in my life are what push me to workout and be better

I have to workout from home as my local gym is tiny and really expensive for it’s size and the other closer ones with my apprentiship i struggle to find time and I just don’t have that push I need. And annoyingly when I do it’s at 11 at night when I’m in bed 😂

Along with my workouts everyday, I do like to throw in some ab workouts, especially when I’m focused on lower body for the day! Usually on upper body day I don’t focus on abs for this long, but after some rest for a few hours, I went and followed this video! Definitely didn’t feel 20 mins, it was definitely well worth my time! Thanks man!
