      @@oliverqueen7450 back workouts can be a pain In the ass sometimes but if you are feeling pain yeah u might have a poor form but all it takes is practice keep working hard and get stronger

    0:41 dumbell sit-ups - controlled movement
    1:11 chest crunches - short contractions
    1:41 suitcase crunch - elbows to knees
    2:11 weighted flutters - keep chest up
    2:41 rest for 30 seconds - do a cobra stretch
    3:11 serratus pullover - extend arm at top
    3:41 serratus pullover - other side
    4:11 russian twists - controlled movement
    4:41 rest for 30 secods - do a short cobra stretch
    5:11 L sit rotations - flex obliques
    5:41 DB V sit ins - knees to chest
    6:11 rest for 30 seconds - do a light cobra stretch
    6:41 weighted leg raaise - keep cehst elevated
    7:11 oblique crunch (right) - dumbell behind head
    7:41 oblique crunch (left) - underarm towards hip
    8:11 rest for 30 seconds - stay hidrated
    8:41 clamb crunches - keep knees out
    9:11 lumberjack crunch - flex obliques at top
    9:41 lumberjack crunch- other side
    10:11 reverse crunch - dumbell between feet
    10:41 rest - drink water
    11:11 pull throughs- keep core engaged
    11:41 DB plank taps - alternate sides
    12:11 rest for 30 seconds - stay hidrated
    12:41 side plank twist - keep spine neutral
    13:11 side plank twist - focus obliques
    13:41 rest for 30 seconds
    14:11 side plank holds - squeetelower oblique
    14:41 side plank holds - other side
    15:11 side crunches - only upper half
    15:41 side crunches - other side
    16:11 pendulum crunch - control the negative
    16:41 cross crunch - elbow to knee
    17:11 pass overs- keep core engaged
    17:41 rest for 30 seconds - drink water
    18:11 plank passes - stay low to ground
    18:41 russian sit ups- keep DB overhead
    19:11 russian sit ups - slightlay twist at top
    19:41 weighted flutters- ab burnout finisher

    All I've got to say is Thanks 👍
    Had a lot of things happen this pass year and so I've just been putting on the pounds and doing nothing with it until one day I went on them scales and saw a number I never imagined for myself
    Started these workouts about 1-2 months ago and can honestly say that I've never felt so good. In good shape and constantly on the erge to do more and try to be my best self

    I have done this with an 8lb medicine ball and without weight just flexing my arms! Both ways have exhausted my muscles. Thank you for all these exercises that are quick and efficient 😊!!!

    I starting doing ab work in the gym and hiit workouts all the time but never really developed my abs fully till I implemented this routine. Thanks so much. I found with any muscle it’s not really much about finding the perfect routine but it’s more about the knowledge of having different methods you can use to target specific muscle groups more effectively.

      How often do u do them? I’ve been trying to go to gym for years but struggle mentally to keep going and when I do go I see no progress ( as obviously it takes a long time) and I give up thinking it’s pointless. I’ve been doing different workouts from this channel each day so arms Monday chest and shoulders Tuesday etc and I jsit wanted to know how much it actually impacted u ?

      @@owenwootton5541 it’s impacted me a lot i’ve gained 15 pounds of muscle and cut down weight to have shredded abs i workout 5 times a week and do it like monday arms and abs , tuesday back and abs , wednesday off , thursday legs , friday arms and abs , saturday back and abs , sunday off , and just keep repeating the cycle while rotating through videos that target the same area but with different exercises

I have to workout from home as my local gym is tiny and really expensive for it’s size and the other closer ones with my apprentiship i struggle to find time and I just don’t have that push I need. And annoyingly when I do it’s at 11 at night when I’m in bed 😂

    Along with my workouts everyday, I do like to throw in some ab workouts, especially when I’m focused on lower body for the day! Usually on upper body day I don’t focus on abs for this long, but after some rest for a few hours, I went and followed this video! Definitely didn’t feel 20 mins, it was definitely well worth my time! Thanks man!

    Great, challenging workout. Only complaint is way too many breaks. I personally just did other exercises through the breaks.
