That cabinet took a lot of love and hard work, and talent and an eye for great aesthetic....and it all shows! It is a masterpiece! Just fabulous. You are one talented creator/artist, and I'm new to the channel, but can tell you that your videos are going to be filling up a lot of my time with pure joy and the wish that I could do what you do. I'm a 69 year old retired RN and have a few health issues that prevent me from doing all that I used to. Also my Social Security income prevents me from buying some of the more expensive products, but I'm gonna start saving my pennies and making some plans thanks to your inspiration. I could go on and on.....but I'll sum it up by just saying thank you for bringing joy to an old lady's life!! You and your channel are the best ever!

I love your story, Debi. I understand how you felt about that building when you saw it. My Mom and I were living in Texas and she wanted to move to Arkansas. I listed about 50 things the town and building were going to have to have before I would move. We came to look at the building and when we drove up Main Street I said, "This may be the place." When I saw the building I said, "This is it." Renovation is taking forever, but hearing your story has me remembering the excitement as we moved in.

I super LOVE your 'Blue House' story, and really everything about YOUR story. I spent my entire life in So Cal until I was 45 and then moved with my husband, 6 kids, mom and 3 dogs to Kansas 5 years ago .... long story.... but San Diego holds a very special place in my heart as one of my fave places in the WORLD and I uber love watching the video of your store with all the mermaids and all of the ocean-y stuff lol!

I’m planning on a January trip. I may have to bring my kids because they all get jealous when I spend time with you and they don’t. Jack still talks about meeting you all your time. And they loved creating in your shop. It was a special memory for them.

Deb, honey, I just love you to pieces! You’ve made another beautiful piece of furniture! It’s lovely. I so admire your dedication to succeed! I’m having a tough time right now and just wanted to tell you that you give me hope. Even when I feel like I’m about to loose my grasp on this world and simply fall off of it. 😏 Sometimes folks don’t know how much they inspire others and I wanted to tell you that you inspire me greatly. I can’t have a retail shop because I’m seriously disabled and must be in a wheelchair most of the day. And I have an income that doesn’t quite pay my rent AND allow me to eat everyday. I paint with most mediums and draw with pen and ink. But I’m worried that I will end up not being able to survive on such a meager income (My S S Check). But I see how successful you’ve become and if I were as young as you are, I’d try to find a way. But I’m almost 68 and I’m starting to panic a bit now. I’m so proud of you! You did it! You ARE successful! I just want to survive, I’m not trying to be a success. Annie B. In TN

Many times I wanted to "leave", but that is not God's plan. I see these women doing what I loved to do. Life can be hard.....but hang on anyway....God is always good.
I liked this piece of furniture the best so far and that the blue house was worth the wait. Your stories are always entertaining and inspirational. My studio should be set up before the end of the year so I can start painting and selling furniture that my antiquing parents have been collecting for decades! If I can just do it without alerting my mom.

I super LOVE your 'Blue House' story, and really everything about YOUR story. I spent my entire life in So Cal until I was 45 and then moved with my husband, 6 kids, mom and 3 dogs to Kansas 5 years ago .... long story.... but San Diego holds a very special place in my heart as one of my fave places in the WORLD and I uber love watching the video of your store with all the mermaids and all of the ocean-y stuff lol!

I’m planning on a January trip. I may have to bring my kids because they all get jealous when I spend time with you and they don’t. Jack still talks about meeting you all your time. And they loved creating in your shop. It was a special memory for them.

Deb, honey, I just love you to pieces! You’ve made another beautiful piece of furniture! It’s lovely. I so admire your dedication to succeed! I’m having a tough time right now and just wanted to tell you that you give me hope. Even when I feel like I’m about to loose my grasp on this world and simply fall off of it. 😏 Sometimes folks don’t know how much they inspire others and I wanted to tell you that you inspire me greatly. I can’t have a retail shop because I’m seriously disabled and must be in a wheelchair most of the day. And I have an income that doesn’t quite pay my rent AND allow me to eat everyday. I paint with most mediums and draw with pen and ink. But I’m worried that I will end up not being able to survive on such a meager income (My S S Check). But I see how successful you’ve become and if I were as young as you are, I’d try to find a way. But I’m almost 68 and I’m starting to panic a bit now. I’m so proud of you! You did it! You ARE successful! I just want to survive, I’m not trying to be a success.

I liked this piece of furniture the best so far and that the blue house was worth the wait. Your stories are always entertaining and inspirational. My studio should be set up before the end of the year so I can start painting and selling furniture that my antiquing parents have been collecting for decades! If I can just do it without alerting my mom.
