I’m amazed at how far these conversions have come, this looks to be one of, if not the best I’ve seen.

The gloss white finish and integrated blinds really do make the van look very high end.Its a great conversion and makes me wish I had the spare cash to buy one.

Stunning conversion, beautiful. Nice to see the locker doors above the kitchen opening downwards, that gives you somewhere to sit the butter in a morning when doing your toast. However I think the locker doors above the back seat would be better opening upwards, then you wouldn't be stretching over the depth of the door to reach the back of the locker. Just my opinion and I'm taking nothing away from the van, its lovely, well done to all.👍

Brilliant stuff. An alternative layout, seeing as there's a bed up top, is to have a couch on the right side facing the other side, with a cupboard for a toilet that opens up opposite it. Mount a TV on the toilet door and voila, a living room, kitchen and bedroom 👍🏻

I was struck on the Wellhouse Misano. The Ford base, the sliding triple rear bench. It seems it now has a competitor. They seem very similar. Looking forward to the website, so I can really compare them.

Amazing quality finish yet again. Those electric blinds will sell every one of them! I wondered if you could design a windscreen blind from the pop down cover that accesses upstairs? Maybe something could roll down to the dash/lower screen?

A great looking conversion, and the electric blinds are just OTT. Great idea though. Looking at the front of the cabin I was disappointed to see that there were no integrated blinds fitted, it's not really a big deal but seems a mistake considering that the look and level of finish is top notch.
Having said that it is one of the best finished conversions I've viewed. - so well done!
What sort of ballpark figure (roughly) for the conversion, if van is supplied?

A lovely conversion, there. Did I miss the bit where you mentioned the engine, gearbox, power, emissions? etc.
No you didn't miss it as I didn't go into too much detail on the vehicle side as there are so many options. The main feature for this video was the conversion side but if you would more information please let me know and I can forward this onto you.

is the cabin insulated? how quickly does it defrost? is webasto installed? Will it be comfortable at -45C?
You know I always say "as always Dan" but this time I will add stunning because that was a superb conversion and even better coz I love Ford, can those electric blinds be operated individually also manually if needed...👍👍
There are 2 different versions, electric and manual, and I think they can be operated individually as well. Hope your keeping well Mark.

Your cabinets are gorgeous, the best I've seen in a camper like this, you're now on my shortlist. Can you fit diesel hobs like the Wallas XC Duo or Webasto X100 instead of a gas hob?

Hi Dan, great conversion, the best I have seen, and I have seen many. Can I ask about the kitchen white plywood and the white edging you used, its brilliant. What company did you get it from if you can remember please. As I say its the best finish I have seen. Thank you.

Beautiful! I’ve just got a 2014 Transit custom that I’ve had lots of problems with due to the crooks I bought it off. I wish I had one of these. My leisure battery decided to vent gases and it was in the bed area, not good. Does this battery area have a vented and boxed area for safety. Honestly I’ve been through so much crap, but I’ve been unlucky, I’d have another transit done like this in a flash! Your accent sounds very Wigan? Do you do electric checks on camper vans?

I have a Euro camper van with an interior Italian design in the US. The way I did it was to pick a chassis made both here and there. Picked a buildout kit I liked from Europe perfected for my chassis. Then the hard part, found a customizer in the US that imports and builds out with it.
What a shame the electric blinds aren't in the cab. Lovely looking van, price would be nice😊 very nice van. Is there any way to add another two seats for travel? If so I want one,

hi ,nice van . what is the rock and roll bed system and the rails , looks great is it certified crash tested fitted in the rails and in a transit custom , can it have isofix , asking as we have two kids , and for insurance and safety and piece of mind.

How much for conversion only? And what ford model is the one with the tailgate?
Just had a look, in the flesh so to speak, at Todds Motorhomes. Looks even better than the video. Two points I don't really like the three rear seat/bed, can it be had with a more comfortable two seat version. Also there was no 12volt socket anywhere.
You also forgot to show the table in the video.

My key question is how much does one of these units cost, fully converted to the road or is it a case of buy the van and ship it to your premises for conversion, at an additional cost?

Ford have discounted the petrol version unfortunately but they have launched the eco blue euro 6 diesel engine which is fantastic.

How much does this Ford camper cost does would it give vw a run for its money
Dan how was this registered as a motor caravan ? It has no decals and is not a high roof, it has a pop top.
We take them all for a type approval test👍
@@dantheman321 Thank you for the reply. So the DVSA do the IVA test, but they are very specific about getting body types changed, they actually say not to even submit a change of body type if the vehicle is not a high roof.
They also expect motor caravan style graphics.
So it seems to me there are work-arounds, the test you are talking about was designed to allow builders to be able to sell their vans anywhere in the EU without having to have additional testing done. But my guess would be that most of your business would be in the UK. That seems to be ok at the moment but we are due to leave the EU, so that puts another spanner in the works.
I will be interested to see if they change the body type of my van when I submit the form.

@@dantheman321 Wisconsin,USA drive my nv200 to Arizona in winter. ( Too cold in Wisconsin ) nv200 a little different over here. Very hard to make a swivel seat. Seats seem to sit a little higher and we have a tall center console. Good luck in the future and I enjoy your videos.
