Much better than the Transit camper van that I had in the 80’s but I don’t like the toilet.
Gets quite a lot packed in there!
Great little camper - and even has a toilet (sort of). The flexible design is fantastic and if you don't need tons of space would cope with places the big beasts couldn't get to.
I've just got "home" from work - night shift - where there's an MB Sprinter chassis Airstream van in for solar and lithiums that is much fancier, but sadly has less space and fewer amenities. But no worries, it's twice the price. Thanks for the tour, Nick and thanks to Auto-Sleeper for keeping it real.

Hi Nick, A nice red Auto-Sleeper Air its looks great travels four but sleeps also four guest and when needed there is a toilet and shower when your are off grid Thanks again Nick that is a nice show 👍👍👍👍
Really really nice compact competitively priced too, just pack an iPad or tablet and have a rear tent awning for the shower, and it has literally everything 👍

Glad to see it built on a Ford chassis & not the usual underpowered Fiat. Driving a 2023 Lincoln Nautilus with even more driver assists I appreciate all the additional sensors & co-pilot amenities Ford offers. Thanks Nick for even the colour is eye catching. The chemical toilet is a bit put offing though I have to admit. I can think of all the ill appropriate times that it’s usage would not be appreciated.🤨😤😝

Certainly a better bet than the similar priced VW. And the transit does drive like a car. But for that money I think, the space of your old school motor home with a fixed bed and bathroom wins hands down. A very good second hand one right up the years as seen in your reviews Nick.
I wouldn't find standing in my "Jeyes Fluid" at the back of the van for a shower in the cold of early summer enticing. A chemical toilet under the oven is hardly the most hygienic.
Get it straight to a security specialist and get that drivers door lock changed, internal lock shields fitted, pedal box fitted, OBD secured and fit a Ghost alarm or it’ll be gone before the morning

Hi Nick, interesting vehicle, would love to see how the seat/bed works to understand how much rear luggage space can be retained. Need to carry a bike (inside)!
Now, that is really good. Copy of a VW, but bigger and cheaper. From their website, though, the auto transmission is another £2k. If only I have somewhere to park it and some time to drive it...

Unbelievable. About £30k for the privilege of having some Ikea kitchen units and a seat installed in the back of a van. Mind bogglingly expensive for how little you get, compared with all the custom mouldings required to build a similarly priced - and far more practical - motorhome, complete with a useable bog+shower cublcle, fixed table, and garage to store all the junk.
Are you just now realizing that things cost more when someone else makes them for you? In the world of retail, you’re usually paying more for quality, experience, time, and peace of mind with a warranty. But yeah mind-boggling sure ok cool why not.
I think you missed a few items that were installed, shower, big hole and bed in the roof the awning, tracks in floor, fridge, cooker, oven running water, electricity plus more
@@Ahoey717 Perhaps you're missing the point. A motorhome also has all of those things installed so they are actually usuable! In this Transit van, are you supposed to stand outside every morning to have a shower? Do you sit in front of the family on the bog to take a dump? Where do you store all the junk for a typical family trip? Where do you put the bikes? This Transit is madly impractical, except of a couple who don't wash much and don't mind sharing their toilet experiences at close quarters.
@@origin178 The main benefit is you can use this vehicle as an extra car, you can't do that with a motorhome.
I would use this to drive around the country it be perfect for me

I’m pretty sure we’ve had blind spot sensors and reversing sensors for about 10 years on my Ford
I have a Toyota Proace with almost the same design as this. It even came with the same or similar porta potty. A Dometic one that is awful. I replaced it with a Thetford 335 which is excellent.
Crazy money but vw california in that spec is over £80k.

What a crazy price Autosleeper, just like the rest of your vans!! .....and we once bought a brand new 2014 Broadway EB together with all the ridiculous snagging issues! Never again, you and your dealers, in our opinion of course, were never very helpful!! We now see the Broadway EB's are £20,000 more than we paid!! Autosleeepers how can you really justify that!!🥴

It doesn't look £67000 worth to me so small,if you put a 4 pack of beers if the fridge it would be full up,I don't get it.

Nice but 15k overpriced
All the "USB ports everywhere" are 1 Amp maximum (1:35), which has been obsolete for almost 10 years and won't charge a single operating smart phone on the market today as it would drain faster than the charge rate.
Allowing such obsolete technology to still be sold in a new vehicle is an absolute show stopper and warning not to go anywhere near this company.

Not bad, but very underpowered. The equipment solutions are pretty average, definitely not luxury by any standard.
At £67,grand, I can't see these selling well. In a market where such vehicles as the Toyota Alphard/Vellfire and Nissan Elgrand rule for less money and far superior equipment and comfort, the Ford is going to struggle.
£67,000 for a transit with a toilet in your kitchen this is stupidly over priced, that = 67 - £1000 holidays in a hotel without the need of using the toilet in your kitchen/bedroom/living room.
If you'd rather have 67 £1,000 holidays, you'd be far better having 67 £1,000 holidays. These tend to be bought by people who want a motorhome. 🙂
What on earth are you talking about?? He has a very good point, also this is not a motorhome, it's a van conversion, and a very small overpriced one at that! I once owned a new AS Broadway with all its habitation, mechanical and electronic problems! So pleased we now holiday in cottages! Purely our own experience of course!! 😊

I'm just baffled by why people insist on foisting their own desires on other people. I like boats but I don't comment on Bugatti videos saying 'you could buy a boat for that kind of money' because if someone wants a boat instead of a Bugatti, guess what? Baffling.

@@MOTAHOLIC Morning. Yes I understand what you are saying. At least I have has 20 years of caravanning and 12 years of motorhoming experience. The years with the motorhomes have been the most expensive. Unless you use them for at least 2/3 months a year, you will not break even. This includes all the serious warranty hassles and the inconveniences of leaving them at, in my case Autosleepers in Willersley!! Anyway I digress. Thanks for your replies, and great video by the way 😁

This is so awful a vehicle. All the services lower than the sill so you can even go over a kerb or down a country road 😅 the fuzzy trim 🤮 the bog stored under the cooker! Ewwww! 😮 so much no 😅
Definitely a sandwich short of a full hamper if someone is prepared to pay £67,000 for a glorified delivery van.
