Though I am pure Gujarati Surati but my first love is mattara kulcha as grown up with Punjabi..family!!no taste can beat this dish. infact still traditional dish is alive without cheese paneer and butter which is still not fliped with unhealthy things. Just wonderful. In this masala we do add dry ginger powder also. Recipe is just fabulous.
This dry masala is outstanding. I just loved the taste. It can be use in other snacks also. I literally use it to sprinkle on fried idli and potato chips. 👍
