Agree with most of the things except one. This is a VS between techniques. UI isn't a Simple technique but whole New form. The sheer boost in power and speed simply doesn't add up. Just because your body reacts automatically does not mean it would suddenly boost your speed 1000's of time, at most it will Double or Triple your original speed. UI is anything but.
But nonetheless i agree on the fact that UI will win simply bcz, One is automatic while the other needs composure. One has +1 in to do list, while the other has -1 in to do list. So in equal stats, Adv.Obs will Think, See and React, While UI will simply skip to React.
    Great Video.✌

I think UI being a form has something to do with Saiyan biology rather than it being a form, all the angels use UI constantly and when Beerus used UI against the other gods of destruction, there wasn't any physical changes present when he used UI.
There is a theory that the true power of Saiyans is their adaptability, while others are just born with and have God ki, both Goku and Vegeta need a form to utilize God ki, SSG or SSGSS. So maybe the MUI form power boost is their genes not only getting them the technique but strengthening and adapting their bodies so they can maintain and properly use the technique?

no. you're right. @@yeetmeister3055Goku's MUI takes the form of a form due to Saiyan Biology making techniques be able to be made into forms, which allowed goku to learn it fast. Picture it like Training wheels.

@@iimexplosive3508 I wouldn't be surprised if that ends up being the case, as Saiyans are now defined by their ability to essentially adapt and overcome, Goku and Vegeta being the pillars of this idea. In fact they stagnated so hard under Friezas rule because they DIDNT want to adapt and were hard stuck in their tunnel vision and idea of dominance.
Your idea may have a lot more weight than you may think as well as forms being "training wheels". There's also a video out there talking about how fucked up the power scaling has become especially with all the multipliers with super Saiyan. It's been theorized that the more Goku , Vegeta, and other Saiyans use super Saiyan their body slowly adapts to the feeling and energy output of super Saiyan transferring that power to their base forms which makes the multipliers less apparent, because their base forms slowly catch up to the strength of a super Saiyan. It's really interesting that a "mastered super Saiyan" form exists because it implies that as they master their super Saiyan forms more and more it gets more integrated to just their base form, which would be the true mastered super Saiyan form the strength and power of one and the absolute 0 stamina usage of simply being in their base form. SSG is one example where Goku used it so much against Beerus that he didn't even notice he left the form because some of the power was integrated into himself.

@yeetmeister3055 fun fact! SSJ1 Grade 3 is 10 times SSJ1 Grade 2's power, and so is Mastered SSJ1

Ultra Instinct is the superior technique. For starters, Observation Haki does not increase speed. At it's highest level, it simply provides foresight of the opponent's actions. This does not make Luffy physically faster, it just means he'll know what's coming ahead of time and can act accordingly. Ultra Instinct on the other hand does increase speed, to an absurd degree at that. As of the Granolah arc, we've seen that Base Goku with Ultra Instinct active was just as fast as Vegeta whilst the latter was transformed into a Super Saiyan. Super Saiyan is a 50x multiplier, so UI should be the equivalent of that. If you give these techniques to two randoms, not accounting for any transformation multipliers, the UI user is going completely untouched by the Haki user. It doesn't matter if they'll see the actions, they'll be far too slow to act on the visual information.

I have to agree with this list though I am a one piece fan. Don't get me wrong future sight is nothing to scoff at and is an extremely useful technique, but the difference between future sight and UI isnt what the can do, but what they DON'T have to do. When future sight is activated the user has to access the upcoming situation, plan around it, and act upon it, and remember they dont always understand the situation right away, take Katakuri when he fought Luffy when he first unveiled gear 4th snake man for example, it took Katakuri 2 direct punches to understand exactly what luffy was pulling off. As powerful as future sight is, its cap is on the physical and mental limitations of the user.
UI on the otherhand doesnt have quite the same drawbacks, sure it suffers from the physical limitations of what your body can do, but not the mental because you're not actively thinking you're reacting, put a UI user in the same situation as Katakuri before and more likely than not they'll dodge the punches first try as they come around without needing to know HOW they're coming around, just that they are.
It mostly boils down to UI being far more efficient in the dodging and reacting department, where as Future sight adds more, UI uses less in thinking and assessing.
Now this does bring up a decent argument in trickery, considering future sight allows you to see into the future and UI simply reacts it may be possible for a user of future sight to play their cards REALLY well and set up elaborate traps for UI to fall into, but in terms of a one on one fisticuffs UI is superior.
Also it is important to note UI the technique doesnt take stamina, Whis had it active ALL the time, without fail, it doesnt tire him out at all, and even considering Gokus UI staminia depletion, remember that consistent use of future signt can stress out and tire the user mentally. If you want to similate something like "mental stress" play chess for long periods of time, or consistently study non stop and you'll see what I mean.

Because you need to think to even dodge the upcoming attack which by that time you could already be hit, the difference is you don’t have to think at all once you master the technique. Your body moves on it’s on whilst still getting a massive speed boost.
