- The film is an inspiring inner journey through the vivid memories of Michelin-starred chef Gil Fernandes. "Memórias" is not only the title of Gil's menù, it's also a creative diary where he recalls the flavors and the moments of his life.
Shot on Ursa Mini Pro 12K and Leica Rs. Edited and graded in DaVinci Resolve with BUTTERY LUTs.

Nice work Matteo! This chef reminds me of a Danish chef here where I live in Norway who runs the world's largest underwater restaurant. He goes out every morning and gets all the ingredients to the dishes he then creates and makes everyday based on what is available from the surrounding coast line of the small peninsula that leads to the entrance to the restaurant.

Great Job Matteo, at keeping this looking natural and interesting. The table top is simple, pure and beautiful. The only critique that I have are not your fault but the directors ones, those are the shots around 3mins with the Chef wearings plants in nature, I found them ridiculous and funny whie the rest is super serious. Appart from those shots, this is classy and beautiful. Great job to you and your team.

I noticed the various match cuts and poetic images reflecting the creative dishes. I felt drawn into the images. Did you all record the sound bites first and then developed scenes for each section?
They used some sound recorded on set, but they also did an incredible job with sfx!
