too low estrogen might lead to joint pain. I used RevolutionPCT and saw increasing joint pain. Once I stopped, it went away in around 4 to 6 weeks. Take care when you experiment! My gains were solid but the joint pain was something I do not want.
daimon7 I been having that issue. Estrogen came back at 13. last week joint paint was pretty bad, had to cut workout short. Not taking any ai either don't know why.

Because we get confused to receive many types of answers from the local clinics. And our purpose is to be on exogenous Testosterone for 2 to 3 years to add more muscles to ourselves and then to completely come off of the use of the steroids.

Note about finasteride - there’s no need to take more than 1mg ED. higher dose of the medication won’t improve your results and could increase risk of experiencing side effects. Also to clarify, finasteride does not block the conversion of test to DHT. it's taken to protect your hair against hair loss. That is, you still will have high DHT, but finasteride will protect your hair follicles by racing against DHT to bind to them and thus preventing DHT from doing so

Dave what about Myo-inositol, I have just bought some to help me control my sugar cravings, and choline for the liver. My son decided to go keto and hit the gym but he is finding it very difficult to control the sweet cravings so I told him about inositol so he too might find it beneficial. I am concerned because it can lower testosterone he has man boobs and I know the fatter you are the more estrogen dominant one is. it seems to be a catch 22 situation.

Hey Dave, great video. Can I ask what you would do if you saw someone with high estrogen use Aromasin and their estrogen fell too low? Would the drop in estrogen be permanent or does it readjust? In this scenario the person isn't on gear but has high estrogen. How could they normalize this? Keeping in mind this person is in Toronto and may not have access to natural, American Supps.
You'd have to wait for your body to produce more aromatase enzymes to replace the ones that were inhibited by aromasin. Generally, aromasin effects peak at 4-5 days after which the dose taken no longer has any effects. This is why arimidex is sometimes preferred over aromasin because of its easier "trial and error" attempts where you don't end up killing your estrogen for 5 days if you take too much. however also means you'd have to take it more often.

Dave, What about clomid while on a cycle? I take 25mg a day to control estrogen while on a cycle seems to be working better than aromasin my chest is more rounded and my appetite is bigger, I'm stronger in the gym and I'm growing more and my libido (DHT) is where it should be. So far from the way I feel and look it's doing a better job than aromasin and arimadex.

I’m on my first cycle- going into my fifth week, High estrogen sided appeared about 9 days ago, puffy nipples, sensitive to the touch. I began taking 12.5 aromasin every 3 days, I’m still getting puffy nips though, how long until these sides dissipate do I need to wait before considering upping the dosage ?

What's considered high Prolactin. I'm taking test cyp at the moment. About 200 mg's per 7 days. I've gotten my blood test results back that I had done recently. My levels look way off from what I can make of them.

Advodart worked great for hair lose but gave me bad gyno 6 weeks out from my show that was pretty bad. It worked well for hair growth but had sexual side effects and believe made a lot weaker in gym also.

Total Testosterone 53nmol/l
Estrogen 240pmol/l
Shbg 7

I’m an old man (50) taking a TRT level dose of testosterone. I inject daily, as this makes me feel much better than a large weekly dose. I also believe it causes less aromatization, compared to the weekly dose. I haven’t had any negative symptoms from high estrogen, so I haven’t considered taking an AI (or a non rx estrogen controlling product like Dave is selling.) Perhaps if I decided to do a “blast” of additional AAS’s, at higher levels, my estrogen levels might get high enough to need something like this.

I am within the ratio but I am feeling very tired all day with lack of energy and experiencing some symptoms of high anxiety during the day, as if my mood had fluctuated ...

Grape seed extract. Get high dosed capsules and take black pepper and vitamin c before you consume it. That's how I got ontop of my prolactin issues. Then I take curcumin to get ontop of estrogen

depends. if you've cycled correctly, done a good pct and then come off all compounds completely, you should return to normal test levels within a few weeks/months. if you've buggered some part of the process you risk having permanently decreased test for years if not for the rest of your life

I've taken ostarine but have not taken testolize. I really don't see how the testolize could hurt you cycle at all since it isnt a drug. But I have to warn you that sarms will suppress your natural testosterone production and level. I would never do a sarm without a real testosterone base ever again for that reason.
