actually, in the research tree, if you select the thing, like conveyors 3 (lets just say) but don't start the research, you can the mouse over the items in that node, and it will tell you what it takes to make them. It how it helps me plan things for the future in my game.

you can open the tech tree by pressing G, save you running over to the servers

You should place your mining droids equally around the ore. What I do is that I make a square path around the ore with fundations, then I have 4 miner droids, one on each side of the aquare. The problem later will be the time that the drones use to fly to a ore 'square', mine it, then fly back. The shorter flying time, the faster you will get ore, so try to avoid the drones needing to fly to the far side of the ore node (if that makes sense). Having a drone station on each side means that you will mine the ore from each side towards the center, and that will be the longest time a drone will need to fly.

This game is addictive. I found it slow to get into but the longer I play the more I want to play. It's definitely a time sink though.

Something pointed out to me in another Foundry LP, the first series of everything (save foundations) only use Plates, Machinery parts and Electronics. Set up a bus of those three and saturate them to pull off. It would also save a bit of extra machining of plates/rods at for later building plans. You'll want to get the balancer 2s since the current ones pass items at 160 vice 320. As an aside, who's waiting for Z to realize he needs to redo smelting once again once he finds/does ore refinement?

Something to think about for future planning, you going to end up having 5 science packs having to go into each research server

You can manage research through the G key, you do not need to walk to the machine

Check where you got your science packs going you know coming into the parts because one of them didn't like it was connected double check your connections one of your belts like you didn't finish it all the way so just double-check it

The one thing that I don't like about this game is Loaders
These things are such a waste of space and aesthetics
Conveyers should be directly attachable to machine.
