I had soaked the "bean theads" (NYC lingo) overnight and eaten them several times in vegan restaurants, but had never attempted cooking them, I came on line to check out recipes. Yours got me more and more salivating that I stopped the video at about 4:50 and ran into the kitchen to make Braised Yuba Claypot. Now that my family has finished eating this for supper (along with steamed Kasha instead of rice. I an report that this one of the most deliious meals I have ever had. This looks so simple and nourishing! I was apprehensive about making the Yuba myself since I no longer have a steady hand, but I think I'll buy some just to make this recipe.
I know google is reading my mind because i have some frozen yuba on my fridge and I just clicked on yours teriyaki okara meatballs (the newest video as I write) and thought "I should look for some yuba recipes".
