Ahoy there kind subscribers and lovely human beings who watch our videos. Thanks for being here! In this video we install a new anemometer up on the mast. 🥳
So how do you know what tools are needed up the mast, it's easy, you have a bucket list.🙄😏😆😂. I enjoy your work. When you stood with the box calling up I thought you were delivering pizza.
@@SailingMAKANI Delicious? no idea never tried it, how do you serve it and taste-wise what could it compare to? It is certainly a good thing to have a new one though.😆😉
MAX: Great job. Please consider using a BOWLINE (rather than a shackle) to attach your HALYARD to your harness. Bowline are considered by many to be safe...shackles do tend to FAIL. kathi: Also...good to know that STOOOOOOOP is an internationally spoken term!
Thanks for your concern and the great tip. 😊 And yes, I was also thinking that we could have skipped showing subtitles for that one. Stooooop is the same. Although in Austrian we say it like this: SHtooop! 😂👍
Please consider putting the EPISODE NUMBER in each TITLE. Some have. Some don't. EASIER to follow the chronology when looking at VIDEOS tab. Also, providing LINK to NEXT video will get more viewers. Thanks.
Thank you for your input. We really appreciate our viewer’s feedback about the channel. It will help us get better and more efficient with time. 😊👍 However, if you look more closely you will find out that all Sailing MAKANI episodes have the numbers in the title. The reason why not all of our videos have numbers in the title is that not all of them are episodes. Some are specials (Captain’s Cut), recaps, call to action or Q&A videos. You will also find a link to the previously uploaded video in the description below each video. We prefer to provide links best suited for the individual viewer for our end screens, but usually link to the previous video via info card. There’s a playlist with all our videos in chronological order and l’ve now also created a playlist with all episodes in chronological order. I am a perfectionist when it comes to things like that, that’s why I wanted to let you know that we are consistent in titling the videos. 🤗 Enjoy your day! Kathi

Thanks for the video. See you next week.🙂
Thank you so so much for watching our adventures every week, Eric. See you! 😊
2:20 this is funny :D
HaHa. 😂 Yes our mast is quite dirty and so salty, because it hardly ever rains where we are at the moment. Not complaining ... BTW! 😜
We enjoyed this one! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks you two! It was a crazy day, but upgrades like that make the sailing-life so much easier! ❤️⛵️

😂😂😂 Love that! It’s all about the presentation. Plus, installing a new anemometer is a delicious thing, wouldn’t you agree!? 😜

A salty dish served with a view! 😜
@@SailingMAKANI I am concerned, it might give me wind. That is not a direction I wish to go.🤨😁
😂😂😂👍 Nice!

Great stuff. I am assuming that it worked.
Like a charm! So happy about the new upgrades. Only one more step to finish this project. 🤗 Might be the most difficult one, though...
