    Thank you both. I loved your answers to the question about what to draw on if you haven’t had major trauma in your life. It’s so true that the world needs beauty and good things to aspire to and be inspired by. Even a single flower in a cup can be beautiful, or shadows cast by chairs or branches, or subtle colours and shapes artfully arranged, or the curve of a bowl, or the texture of clay. All these things give pleasure to the eye and lift the spirits and all present the artist with challenges and problems to be solved. That’s the never ending wonder of making art.
