I think your podcasts would be more engaged if they were shorter. People have a very short attention span these days . Keep to the facts and less chitty chatty 35 to 40 mins max. In my opinion
I hear what you're saying, but I personally disagree. Don't keep it short. I want to hear the chit chat and the real organic conversation surrounding the questions. I don't like listening to clean-cut reporter style content. I like these Ling conversations that aren't edited down. Just my personal opinion.
