You'd be surprised how easy it is, you'll need new cleats maybe after the race but I've always headed into transition still in my shoes, I race for 30 second incriments I'm not winning by half seconds so I dont see the time saving point vs risk of running in bare feet, saw a guy back in June end his whole racing days with one mistimed curb that wouldn't have happened if he kept his shoes on
