Hey there! It is quite nice your video thanks for that. I would like to ask you just a quick thing. When I am clicking sing in with another account is not driving me to the log in stuff. It is saying ''This site can not be reached''' HMRC did not help or fix this issue. Just they are saying try with another browser or clean cookies (I did both one million times) Do you have any idea of that? Thanks in Advance.

Hi Valerie, I am having trouble getting to the screen where you say to connect to your agent services account (2.54mins into the video)...when I re log back in our gateway account as usual where do I find that screen? Thanks
Hi Choy I don't quite see what you mean. This video ends at 2.54mins. Did you follow each step from previous videos & this one? Have you tried inputting your new Agent Services Account & password?

Valerie Chan thank you Valerie, it is so well made this video was so much more helpful than anything I’ve seen online!! HMRC videos have been abysmal and the system has been very convoluted in logins, linking, authorising etc. Your video was very clear and I look forward to the next instalment x
