Wow looks simple but so challenging
Dear Jenna! I never write anyone on UA-cam but I had to comment on this video. Wow! I had horrible lower back pain 15 minutes ago and it’s completely gone. Today is my first day doing a video of yours. Wow, my life has changed! I’ll be doing another tomorrow. Hoping to get my youth back! Ha ha

Lower back pain can be chronic and just horrible so I’m really happy you’re able to get some relief from doing this workout. I just found your channel as I am desperately trying to find exercises that I can do, to help strength and tone my muscles and lose weight. I am almost 60 yrs old and extremely overweight but want to change that. I have one bad knee that the surgeon wants to replace when I am older which limits my abilities and movements and also a tight and sometimes a bit painful ankle on the same leg. I want to know what aerobic type workout I can do with my limitations, to help me get in shape and lose the weight. I looked through your list of exercises and I am not sure what would work for me. Any advice would be appreciated.
I had a bad knee...I go to gym...I love this channel . And last summer I started taking Nutri Flex.. a supplement .. huge difference....I have told other people and it helped them...not sure if u can but it. But look it up...I am 61 .. helped me...keep moving...motion is lotion ! Good luck.. thank you Jenna . I have shared ur channel with many friends!! Love it 🙌😍
