Everyone wanted K Dot to stay away from his signature sound. He proved that he could make an album to please the dummies that are hypnotized by sounds and still get his msgs across. Pure genius🦾
I love how your dads been so humble about his opinions on rap, but now that he’s starting to truly understand rap, specifically Kendrick, he seems so confident in understanding the message(which he always understands). You’ve obviously sparked a deep love inside of him through this, thank you for always sharing the experience with us and for introducing him to these masterpieces
See, I think we as a people like watching reaction videos and actually get a feel good vibe from them because we see something that is actually lightning in a bottle during our lifetime, those moments where we discover something we are going to end up loving. Sometimes we see that happening on reaction videos, we see the development on the view, the deep interest. It is truly a beautiful thing.
BLOOD is also a callback to How Much A Dollar Cost. When he sees the blind woman, he remembers the lesson he learned in HMADC and defies his cautious instincts, only to lose his life over it. This sets up the depression and the feeling of being lost and forsaken by God (ain’t nobody prayin for me) that stays across the whole album.
Kinda like your dad said “no matter what he does he could die” the album is different from his others bcs his whole life he felt like he had this guiding light and he loses that on DAMN. It’s fr his midlife crisis album
As for “what happens on earth stays on earth,” I interpret it as Kendrick talking to himself trying to deal with how small he is compared to the universe, telling himself to zoom in for a sec n focus on what’s in front of him. The whole album is about grappling with simultaneously feeling like the whole world is out to get you and yet you’re insignificant. That duality of perspective is in the title too, feeling damned ofc but also understanding that the world is so big there’s nothing you can say but DAMN
Also “BLOOD.” is a reference to the Bloods. Which is what all of Kendrick’s friends are. The “blind lady” that needs his help is the gang. All she wants is his life. BLOOD. ties back to DUCKWORTH. & it basically explains what would would’ve happened had his father died. He would’ve ended up in the gang life. “….while i grew up without a father & die in a gunfight” followed by the immediate rewind back to BLOOD. was a perfect tie in.

This is completely true and I was looking for someone in the comments to talk about this. A week after DAMN. was released (I think) Kendrick released a collectors edition of the album .NMAD with the same songs just in reverse order. You can confirm it also in the album cover for this collectors edition where Kendrick's in a "dark side" in front of a black wall with a wicked and daring expression in his face. A lot to think about and thanks for commenting this!
11:02 dad is so smart. Literally called the whole motif from the start. He was really in the moment and absorbing those lyrics. True love of music. Amazing

Kendrick has said the album is supposed to be played in reverse order so in that case, its like everything he's done up to blood, is the cause of his death. Succumbing to lust, pride and his soulful desires, eventually leading to him being killed unexpectedly. I can see the blind woman representing judgement, exacting the will of God without bias, but punishing him rightfully for his wrongs, but thats just one interpretation of many. Amazing album
"I'm not a musical person". This line from pops shocked me. I was sure he was a musician of some sort. His rhythym and his ability to match a pitch are great
I remember listening to a podcast that dissects albums. They dissected "YAH" and what I found was super cool is "YAH" is short for "Yahweh". The radar is buzzin' like Kendrick is talking to God over a radio frequency. When Kendrick goes to the line "But it's money to get, bitches to hit, yah Zeroes to flip, temptation is, yah First on my list, I can't resist, yah", Kendrick has all of these evil thoughts like "hitting bitches", "temptation", etc. but at the end of all of those lines "YAH" comes in like God is trying to communicate through all the wickedness. Found that kinda cool.
Yah is actually God so u can't really speak both names as two different identities 💯 they're just two different names for two different religions but they're both the same exact person!!!!!! Yet it's actually blasphemous to call either of them by both names!!!! Atleast to the folks that read from the actual Torah & not a "Bible" apperently 💯
When “FEAR” opens with the vocals in reverse, the first line Kendrick starts with afterwards is “I beat yo ass keep talking back” as the first detail and example of fear coming from his mother as a child..also playing on the duality and album in reverse factor
man kendrick's body of work is so marvelous that I almost cant even pick a favorite anymore. Every album so top tier and thought provoking. Makes you wonder how his mind works is levels above the ordinary man
DNA still gives me chills. I wish I could have heard Gucci on the Humble beat. Mike Will originally had that beat reserved for him once he got out of jail when he lost weight.
FEAR has always been my favorite track on this album and I personally think it should have been the final song. The way it wraps all his thoughts and themes from previous tracks into 1 cohesive song is master class.
Listening to your dad talk around 10:15 made me realise the genius of Kendricks storytelling. Your dad was instantly hooked in the story and had this picture in his mind's eye about the lady etc. Made me realise I did too. Such a genius
I just figure out that even a year after uploading the video, you are still paying attention to the comment section. It has been said before, but i have to say it again, it is formidable to see you and your Dad bonding and having a walk down Kendrick's discography. I would love to do that with my Parents, but as a French Listener Bridging the Gap wth them is close to an Herculean Labour. I definitly enjoyed watching you feeling "XXX.", one of Kendrick's most underrated song IMO. I appreciate your work. Thank you.
You should still try. If you want to listen to really great French music then slowly branch out then do it. If you have the idea don’t let it slip past you. “French parents react to American rap for the first time” they just need you to slowly branch out. Either way do I toe don’t, but you totally can whenever you want. Have a great day!
Kendrick might just be the best poet to ever touch a microphone. I use to think it was 2Pac, but then Kendrick takes it to abother level. DNA alone speaks so much in just 3 minutes that so many other wish they could say. My favorite track on here us FEEL by far. Top 3 albums of all time.
I listened to this with my father in law last night. He is an old soul drawn towards classic rock but this album blew him away. He recognized a good majority of the samples he used and how clearly lyrical he is all he could say was DAMN
Dude, listening to FEEL and FEAR really helped me grow as a person. I grew up in the projects and had this feeling of despair most of my life from getting kicked out of my house, to having to sell shit on the side to make sure I wasn’t homeless. Listening to Kendrick and specifically DAMN. really opened my eyes to a lot of the anger and frustration I had pent up and made me feel like someone really understood. Kdot will forever be my goat
My first full listen of DAMN. Was amazing. This is my favourite album of all time. The lyrics, the beat, the story. Some of the words he says hit me in the right spot everytime. Truly a great artist. A real artist.
can’t express how much i love this channel. seeing your father experience some of my fav albums albums for the first time kind of feels like i am too so thank you (,:
I’m a Korean American from the bay who moved to a border town with Mexico. This video is so therapeutic for me because it’s such a comfortable environment to explore my favorite artists and albums with bright minded people. Thank you brothas
GOD is one of my favorite records it's one of those windy day, windows down with ya hand out the window singing "laughing to the bank like ahhh haaaa" at the top of your lungs type record for me. But far as meaning goes I always apply the saying, "we make plans, God laughs."
You guys should also do "untitled unmastered." Demos unreleased for various reasons including deadlines, license clearing issues, etc. Dope little project in between TPAB and DAMN.
Im not sure if yall ever knew this but theres this thing going around where every album is a form of entertainment. S80 is a novel, GKMC is a movie, TPAB is a poem, DAMN is like a magazine thats why it has the same font time magazine uses, and finally Mr. Morale is a theatrical play. Pretty crazy how it all makes sense. I hope you guys read this
This is awesome. Your dad is so lucky that he gets to listen to Kendrick for the first time and then go right into the new album. Most of us have been waiting 5 years for this new album.
I don’t know how old you are, but I’m 24 and I love reliving these albums with both of you. For example, GKMC throws me back to freshman year of high school, this throws me back to summer 2017, and all of these bring back the memories of those times in my life. Seeing you and your father react to these Kendrick albums has been awesome to watch and I love the relationship you both share. Thanks for doing this and I hope it has and will continue to be a great experience for you both.
The lines “Is it wickedness? Is it weakness?” basically make this album into a choose your own story type of album and are actually the most important lines of the entire album. Every song on the album can fall under either wickedness or weakness and they alternate, for example, BLOOD. is weakness because obviously kendrick dies in the song and the song also has a softer tone. DNA. would be wickedness because of how aggressive and boastful the song is. When you play the album in order, kendrick eventually follows the path of “weakness” and finds god. Once you play it in reverse, the entire story is flipped and he eventually goes down the path of “wickedness” and dies in BLOOD. because of it. It could also be perceived as if playing the album in reverse tells the story of kendrick if anthony killed ducky. Hopefully i explained it well enough this is all from my memory of an analysis i watched on DAMN.
So we're supposed to listen to the tracklist in reverse from the last track "Duckworth" all the way to the very first track???? Or do u mean he wrote the story in reverse that starts at the last song & ends at the first song in the story he told????
Bruh I’m not gonna lie at first I thought this was just gonna be another gimmick where people just listen to popular music for views, but your dad is mad insightful. It took me multiple listens to pick up on what he does. Awesome to see, love the content
What's good bro, just want to give you props on the relationship you and your pops hold. you can tell through the screen its super genuine how it should be! even as life happens and we all get older and for you to be putting him onto music from this era and him enjoying it is Big time!!! Keep the content coming.
That’s you sitting next to your old version of yourself and your pops sitting next to his younger version of his self. You are your father’s son man and I love y’all relationship wish it was like that with my dad too. Love this channel I’m subscribing🔥🔥
First time viewer, this makes my heart warm man this is so cool. Spending this time with your dad and having it saved somewhere you can access anytime is priceless
@@-vsplxshingv-7813Top Dawg robbed Kendricks fathers KFC and could’ve killed him if Kendricks dad(ducky) wasn’t so nice to him them 20 years later Top Dawg signed kendrick to his label not knowing he had robbed his father
@@-vsplxshingv-7813 A simple breakdown would be that Anthony is the founder of Top Dawg, Kendrick’s label, and Ducky is Kendrick’s dad. Pretty much Anthony could’ve shot Ducky during a robbery but because Ducky always hooked Anthony up he liked him and wouldn’t ever shoot him. Ducky fathered Kendrick to later have Anthony sign him to his label, Top Dawg Entertainment.
I really enjoyed the discussion that XXX produced. It's definitely one of the more overlooked songs and the fact that your dad had so much to say after ONE listen shows me he's really listening to the music that's awesome!
1:01:54 is the best part, you guys were both feeling that one, that song is also my favorite one. maybe its the flow on it, or the lyrics, but probably just hit me at a time in my life when i needed it. good stuff man. also, theres a video about how the beat to that song was made, great watch
i love your dad’s reaction to LOVE. i played it in the car when it first came out and my mom had sort of the same response. Every now and then i hear her playing the song on her own!
Bro Kendrick is my favorite artist so this is everything. Your channel is great and you and your dad are so wholesome. I hope your channel keeps growing greatly and y’all can thrive from this. Thank you sirs
If anyone was wondering where Kendrick got the name “Kung Fu Kenny” it’s from Rush Hour 2. Chris Tuckers character refers to himself as Kung Fu Kenny in the movie
Yo, I really appreciate how you two get into the sound of the music and the feeling of the music. The technical chat is great. Sometimes I yell at the videos like "Yesss, DISECT THE ALBUM!" I enjoy hearing Rod Sr. make those deep connections or do call backs to connect the theme of the album. Fire content, as per usual. Had to turn the notifications on!
This album is wonderful and just as ripe for dissection as TPAB!!! Kendrick said this album is his personal favorite that he's done and I can see why. An important factor my girlfriend pointed out to me with DAMN was that the album had a non-linear narrative, as opposed to TPAB which tells one consecutive story. (With occasional callback and narrative parallels) What my gf explained to me was that basically, BLOOD and DUCKWORTH are bookends to an anthology of songs that comprise this "mixtape". I personally believe that the LP as a whole is more in line with the mixtape feel, even forgetting the literal presence of a dj. It's up to the listeners to connect this massive jigsaw puzzle Kendrick has laid out in front of us. He's told us a deeply complex story, told out of order, and gave us everything we needed to deduce how everything in this album was connected. The more you revisit this album, an interconnectedness starts to be noticed throughout various subject matters and styles. Personally, I love the album, and the way he put together a project as rich and multi-faceted as this goes to show why this album won the pullitzer. Just like everything Kendrick puts out, this shit's pretty deep! Sidenote: I'm so excited for the release of Mr Morale & The Big Steppers and your guys' eventual reaction. You're becoming one of my fave youtube channels, so keep it up! :]
Before K Dot stops the world again, just wanna say real quick that I found this channel while in the hospital with Covid pneumonia back in December. The few vids that were up at the time distracted me from the pain and I've watched every vid since. Bridging the Gap is a necessary vibe and I can't think of anything more exciting than getting new Dot and then experiencing it with y'all this time. Bless y'all and let's dissect some bars next week lol let's go! 👏👏👏
I see that yall getting ready for the Mr Morale & the Big Steppers drop lol; i been listening to Kendrick 24/7 to prepare for the album and I hope you too enjoy the album aswell!!
Saving this for later but just wanted to let you both know how much I appreciate this channel and its content. Also thank you for putting me onto The Dissect Podcast! It’s soooo good!
enjoyed this a lot! if y’all ever trying to check out a different artist that your dad likely hasn’t really listened to who went through a pretty great creativity arch, I’d love to see you guys react to some Mac Miller stuff
@@ChildishGambeaner it’s mostly his evolution and what he says, his voice was a turn off to me at first but as i started listening it’s what made him unique in his lane, he brought us into his world as you listened, i recommend just listening to circles, than swimming, and go backwards from there
@@ChildishGambeaner in my opinion the production level on Mac’s songs is insane. With the last three albums especially being a whole vibe. Like with TPAB, it’s hard to pick out individual songs to listen to on their own, but give yourself time to listen to the whole albums and just zone out to it, it’s incredible.
@@BigsmokeATL one thing I will say is all you guys that are fans of Mac are respectful in your replies instead of the usual fans that shit on someone for their opinion. I'll definitely check out those suggestions
Listen to the album backwards and it takes on the opposite choices. The live or die you decide line is a hint. If you play forwards he lives. Backwards he dies. Phenomenal
My second favorite Kenny album. His use of writing style similar to Shakespeare is immaculate. He speaks so deep on each song and every one of them has underlying meanings. Also your dad is the coolest m. Much love 💜⚜️
the reasoning of humble and why he is bragging and also saying be humble. is because he is trying to tell him self to be humble. like what it said in loyalty its hard to be humble. thats the point he is trying to be humble but its hard to be
I know I'm late to this but the title of this album was SUPER close to being "What Happens on Earth, Stays on Earth", as your father pointed out multiple times but Kendrick thought it was too long. Eventually that title was changed to DAMN . because "damned if i do and damned if i dont" and that's what he felt after such power hitting songs like DNA. and HUMBLE. I think it's a perfect title. After every song I just sit and think "Damn....." We're witnessing a generational legend, one of the greatest to ever do it.
Addicted to the channel! Discovered y'all a few days ago and have almost every video! Love it guys, keep it up!!! Might have to show your dad the "Carter" albums soon!.
Been watching these Kendrick reaction vids with you and your pops today, and I'm really loving it! And his dad jokes, very sweet interaction. I don't think I could do this with my dad when it comes to music, but sometimes we are able to when it comes to film. Thanks for sharing with us his introductions to the music you listen to.
It definitely makes more sense to give him a Pulitzer prize 🏆 for "To Pimp a Butterfly 🦋" especially because of how jazzy & unique & deeply structured & perfectly thought out that album truly is compared to any other rap album ever made in history & i also thought that's the album he actually won the Pulitzer prize for too at first but I'm not mad that he got it for this album because this has three of K.dot's best songs ever💯💯💯💯💯 LOYALTY , GOD , & LOVE & basically every song from the "Good Kid mAAd city" album & of course his feature verse on SiR's "Hair Down" single from his "Chasing Summer" album (Best R&B album since the mid 90's literally) are all by far my favorite songs of this K.dot man that was ironically born on the same exact day as me , in the same exact year & went through all the similar life trials & tribulations as I did only I wasn't a "good kid" like him but I realized how much that both of us Gemini ♊ do have the same exact mentality as eachother & I didn't even know anything about Kendrick Lamar other than his name untill long after I discovered all those things about him that we actually had in common with eachother & that's what forced me into listening to his music finally 💯 Crazy huh???? 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Pops didn’t peep on fear …that he put it in reverse so that when he came in wit the verse he said “I’ll beat ya ass you keep talking back” get it talking backwards= talking back ?
If you don’t know at the start he doesn’t actually die but she says that because he has no purpose in life. That’s why it goes from pride to humble and lust to love and he is learning. You can choose if he lives or dies. The one you did was weakness, because he isn’t evil by the end of the album. But if you play the tracks from end to start,it all changes and he gets a bad ending as he is slowly learning how to be wicked.
I think your dad would really like the album and resonate with the narrator in Kendricks Section 80. "Gather 'round I'm glad everybody came out tonight As we stand on our neighborhood corner Know that this fire that's burning represents the passion you have" Would love to see you react to it sometime :D gr8 video love kendrick so much and you guys are the best

First on my list, I can't resist, yah", Kendrick has all of these evil thoughts like "hitting bitches", "temptation", etc. but at the end of all of those lines "YAH" comes in like God is trying to communicate through all the wickedness.
You turning it up loud as possible on the DNA beat switch 🤣🔥
Thank u for this reaction, what a nice relationship with your father! One day I will listen all this album with my daughter 🤞🏽
I saw this tour, and the fact that he got an entire Barclays Center to chant “Be Humble” was something that really stood out to me.
So I was taking a walk the other day…
And I seen a woman a blind woman
did you know that if you play the songs from last to first it tells a different story
A long ass walk
@@unexipiredwateromggg ur so smart and totally nobody else knows this
man kendrick's body of work is so marvelous that I almost cant even pick a favorite anymore. Every album so top tier and thought provoking. Makes you wonder how his mind works is levels above the ordinary man
DNA still gives me chills.
I wish I could have heard Gucci on the Humble beat. Mike Will originally had that beat reserved for him once he got out of jail when he lost weight.
Wow that beat does sound like it was specifically made for Gucci.
Dna gets me so hype
I cant wait to see you BOTH react to Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers together for the first time. Kendrick boutta make history again
DAMN. Is a modern day masterpiece 🔥 Can't wait for the new Kendrick album next week !!
Thank you.
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
You should still try. If you want to listen to really great French music then slowly branch out then do it. If you have the idea don’t let it slip past you. “French parents react to American rap for the first time” they just need you to slowly branch out. Either way do I toe don’t, but you totally can whenever you want. Have a great day!
Xxx always gets me man.
Two of my favorite songs on that album
My first full listen of DAMN. Was amazing. This is my favourite album of all time. The lyrics, the beat, the story. Some of the words he says hit me in the right spot everytime. Truly a great artist. A real artist.
can’t express how much i love this channel. seeing your father experience some of my fav albums albums for the first time kind of feels like i am too so thank you (,:
Thanks Kayla ♥️
I’m a Korean American from the bay who moved to a border town with Mexico. This video is so therapeutic for me because it’s such a comfortable environment to explore my favorite artists and albums with bright minded people. Thank you brothas
Thank you for being here!
Your dad is so cool and thoughtful and you're lucky to have him and be able to connect with him on this level.
I love that mixtape
Thought those were the ones that didn’t make it on gkmc it came out before tpab
@@txdddeclan no it came out after TPAB, they were for that album not for GKMC
1:36:10 Trivia: _"What Happens on Earth, Stays on Earth"_ was the album's original title.
True
Tbh thankful it’s not damn is way better
Im not sure if yall ever knew this but theres this thing going around where every album is a form of entertainment. S80 is a novel, GKMC is a movie, TPAB is a poem, DAMN is like a magazine thats why it has the same font time magazine uses, and finally Mr. Morale is a theatrical play. Pretty crazy how it all makes sense. I hope you guys read this
Holy shit, thanks for sharing
What’s his next form of media then? TV show, podcast, short story, comic book?
@@highmay3590turn his TV off
This is awesome.
I'm 65 years young!
I saw that too
is that the video called a deep dive into damn the one with the animations?
I hope 1day I could share precious moments like these with my son. The dynamic, friendship, & chemistry is beautiful! I love it!
This album is designed to play backwards according to Kendrick to get the duality
Y’all know what happens on earth stays on earth!
We gone put it in reverse
So we're supposed to listen to the tracklist in reverse from the last track "Duckworth" all the way to the very first track???? Or do u mean he wrote the story in reverse that starts at the last song & ends at the first song in the story he told????
@mattlawrence1932 it's 2 different story's if you play it backwards that's what the weakness and wickedness is for
Bruh I’m not gonna lie at first I thought this was just gonna be another gimmick where people just listen to popular music for views, but your dad is mad insightful.
Haven’t even started the video but I hope you explained the meaning of duck-worth too him 🙏🏾💯 Love the channel ❤️
Can you explain it to me?
@@-vsplxshingv-7813Top Dawg robbed Kendricks fathers KFC and could’ve killed him if Kendricks dad(ducky) wasn’t so nice to him them 20 years later Top Dawg signed kendrick to his label not knowing he had robbed his father
@@-vsplxshingv-7813 i’d explain it to you, but i’m shit at that. You can find some videos on UA-cam that explains it pretty well :)
@@wrestler375 so basically Kendrick’s dad helped anthony out, so anthony helped Kendrick’s dad out
Curious to see what the total rankings would look like for Pops now that he's deep into Kendricks work
Literally, that final line of Duckworth made me a fan, through and through. Thanks for sharing this, and your wondeful relationship to your father.
This is gunna be great! Gotta go watch from the beginning so enjoy the rest of the album ✌️
XXX is a play on censorship. In the song, you hear many examples of America. Kendrick gets cut short on some of his lines. XXX is USA, but censored.
I’ve watched all the reactions and this one gotta be one of my favorite, genuine appreciation for the artistry
I really enjoyed the discussion that XXX produced. It's definitely one of the more overlooked songs and the fact that your dad had so much to say after ONE listen shows me he's really listening to the music that's awesome!
Technically the Black Panther soundtrack was his last album. It was officially unofficially in the discography.
Love it guys! Truly the black Turning the Tables 🙌🏼
Preciate you mane
On the song fear the part that is in verse and then the first thing he said is “I’ll beat yo ass keep talking back” hard asf 🥱
If anyone was wondering where Kendrick got the name “Kung Fu Kenny” it’s from Rush Hour 2. Chris Tuckers character refers to himself as Kung Fu Kenny in the movie
"What's the name of this song, again?"
"Loyalty, loyalty, LOYALTY!"
🔥🔥🔥
Well said!

Such a good podcast
the way dad was saying "uh huh" and "yep" during XXX had me dying but like when you know what's up you know what's up.
I see that yall getting ready for the Mr Morale & the Big Steppers drop lol; i been listening to Kendrick 24/7 to prepare for the album and I hope you too enjoy the album aswell!!
Yo this my favorite father son music breakdown channel. This my favorite album from Kendrick, and it dropped on my birthday!! 🔥🔥
Saving this for later but just wanted to let you both know how much I appreciate this channel and its content. Also thank you for putting me onto The Dissect Podcast! It’s soooo good!
Appreciate you being here 🤝🏾
enjoyed this a lot!
if y’all ever trying to check out a different artist that your dad likely hasn’t really listened to who went through a pretty great creativity arch, I’d love to see you guys react to some Mac Miller stuff
What's so great about Mac Miller? I honestly tried to get into him and his voice is hard to listen to
@@ChildishGambeaner it’s mostly his evolution and what he says, his voice was a turn off to me at first but as i started listening it’s what made him unique in his lane, he brought us into his world as you listened, i recommend just listening to circles, than swimming, and go backwards from there
@@ChildishGambeaner in my opinion the production level on Mac’s songs is insane. With the last three albums especially being a whole vibe. Like with TPAB, it’s hard to pick out individual songs to listen to on their own, but give yourself time to listen to the whole albums and just zone out to it, it’s incredible.
@@ChildishGambeaner his production was fire and he had an ear for the sound . Bars are hit or miss . Check out his project faces
@@BigsmokeATL one thing I will say is all you guys that are fans of Mac are respectful in your replies instead of the usual fans that shit on someone for their opinion. I'll definitely check out those suggestions
Also on DNA Kenny recorded his 2nd verse after the beat ran out and Mike Will made the beat around it.with no click. J Dilla style.
2014 forest hills drive is a great album that would be what I would like to see after Kendrick’s album
Listen to the album backwards and it takes on the opposite choices. The live or die you decide line is a hint. If you play forwards he lives. Backwards he dies. Phenomenal
DAMN over the years has moved up on my K-Dot album rankings... it just might be #2 behind TPAB. Love y'all reaction btw
also the reversing in the song FEAR is him repeating the bridge “why God why god do I gotta suffer...”
My second favorite Kenny album. His use of writing style similar to Shakespeare is immaculate. He speaks so deep on each song and every one of them has underlying meanings. Also your dad is the coolest m. Much love 💜⚜️
My favorite Kendrick album is GKMC but my favorite song is DUCKWORTH
Been looking forward to this one, love this album!
the reasoning of humble and why he is bragging and also saying be humble. is because he is trying to tell him self to be humble. like what it said in loyalty its hard to be humble. thats the point he is trying to be humble but its hard to be
Every time I listen to DAMN I catch something new
I know I'm late to this but the title of this album was SUPER close to being "What Happens on Earth, Stays on Earth", as your father pointed out multiple times but Kendrick thought it was too long.
So dope!!! Can y’all do Tha Carter 3 please
Addicted to the channel! Discovered y'all a few days ago and have almost every video! Love it guys, keep it up!!! Might have to show your dad the "Carter" albums soon!.
Thank you! (Dad)
You guys are by far my new favorite dad reacts channel.
Kendrick: no album roll-out
Rod: *Fine, I'll do it myself*
New album out Friday LETS GOOO!!!
I think your dad would really like the album and resonate with the narrator in Kendricks Section 80.
"Gather 'round
I'm glad everybody came out tonight
As we stand on our neighborhood corner
Know that this fire that's burning represents the passion you have"
Would love to see you react to it sometime :D gr8 video love kendrick so much and you guys are the best
