Easiest way to remember Port and Starboard is that the words "Port" & "Left" have the same number of characters, therefore Port is Left, Starboard is right.

I have same kayak but ive not upgraded it yet ...trying to navigate tge world of fish finders ..ive been hearing side imaging is a must
