Yeah, that's one I didn't try...more than likely it'll break down, but would definitely recommend throwing some in a container and watch it over a week and see what happens. Thanks for watching!
We dont put toilet paper in the rv toilet. Instead we use a portable bidet that operates on batteries. Then wipe dry with Charmin or wet wipes when you feel the need for a little extra. We throw them into a covered trash bin that sits next to the toilet. No it doesn't smell at all. This also allows us to go longer between black tank dumps.
Thanks forthe insight, now do the black tank chemical test and lets see which one actually breaks down human waste. I think that forthe most part, they all are nothing more than a deoderizer!!!
They are not meant to break down waste just control odor. Als per the owner of the largest marketer of rv toilet paper....no such thing as special rv toilet paper.
BTW as for the "special" RV TP, from my research it seems that there are two factors involved, they are all single ply and "they" useless "glue" in the paper production process???
Very cool experiment. I would be interested to see how Costco’s toilet paper measures up

That's interesting and would definitely allow you to go longer between dumping. Thanks for the comment!

Thanks for watching...not sure you'd want to watch that test, but it's a good idea!

@@archerg4608 not true. I have used Charmin red label for decades and no issues. Rv to is 2 ply and for sure no glue.
