Thanks for filming 👍 looking forward to riding the new track, will be a great addition to an already brilliant service, it’s such good value for money x
I don't comment much, just a silent viewer of yours. Just wanted to say I really appreciate your videos of the goings on here in Blackpool keeping us all up to date. You do a brill Job. Hope you're doing well 🙏👍
I drove this section today familiarising with the section, signals and potential hazards. People think there are going to be lots of accidents but we’ve been running up Lord Street in Fleetwood for so many years with minimal incident.
Cracking vlog thanks lyca, remember watching the videos on the laying of the old tram tracks being ripped up and the new ones being laid, also the videos on the demolition of the old wilkos store and the building of the new hotel, they will have to crack on with the tarmac being laid and getting everything ready for the 1st of May keep up with the good work
Hello hazel how are you thank you for doing the fantastic vidio of the tram testing its so exciting and it will be when it opens up for the passages to ride on it just to let you seaside Colin was there before best wishes take care stay safe xx ❤😅😅
Love your videos. Last time a tram before the last testing was back in 1960s and it was the western train that opened the old ABC cinema. That was the last time any tram ran up there before closure till the old testing till 010+015 on this day
Literally an accident waiting to happen. That street is full of pubs / piss heads and that junction is notorious for accidents even before the trams! This isn't Amsterdam where people are used to trams passing. Not to mention the tail-backs.
Wonder when our wonderful Labour council are going to do something for south-shore, oh wait a minute, they'll need all the money for paying compensation to the people who get hit by the trams on Talbot Road?

Lots of flange squeal on those short curves coming out of the station terminus!
@heinzer69homeless people.
exciting

Brilliant many thanks for making and sharing.
Trams are a rare sight in Britain now but still common in Holland and Belgium.

How long before teh first accident??😂😂
Whens it going to open to the public
Any rough idea when they go public in this section?
No, but at a guess, I'd say in time for the summer holidays.
Good shot of the trams lyca 31 when do they go up and down talbot Rd when does it open
5th may i think
Look at all the yellow coats Big Job breaking out lol
Are CAF trams assembled at Llanwern.
Trams are a very good mass people transport system but if there are any metal obstructions in the rail gaps can be expensive to repair the wheels
Omg that squealing is gonna drive people crazy.
Great video tho. Any idea when it all goes live?
This is so long overdue it’s ridiculous. Should’ve opened at least two years ago!
Mainly due to the contractors putting the wrong cladding on the hotel, so it had to be all ripped out and done again.
@@Girvers Ah right. I assume it has something to do with grenfel?
@@nigelkthomas9501 I believe it was a planning and procurement error that was only picked up by building inspectors
@@Girvers If the grenfel fire had never happened no-one would even know.

Hazel, do you think this was exciting?
How sad you walk down talbot road just to see a tram come up it get a life
