The youth are more in number, and therefore should be prepared and keep their own weapons handy in case of in eventualities like this and fight back if possible catch and treach one or two of the thugs a lesson of their life. @@moorepoint6619 if it’s bought, yes, it’s not a human right. but things like hospitals and schools don’t have to be bought and sold. governments can take over those things and use fair taxes to provide them to everyone at a fair social cost. hospitals and educations aren’t something that everyone has, but i think those are things that everyone should have, so for me ,they are human rights. i don’t think it’s fair to say that just because you don’t like the naija youth that they don’t deserve these things.
other countries like cuba and china had the same level of development as west africa one hundred years ago and were also horribly exploited by europe, but their people were able to take control of their own resources and keep them from capitalists in the west. now, their literacy rates and life expectancies are much higher one hundred years later compared to nigeria. it’s good that the youths are demanding these things from the government because great social change always comes from the people. we cannot rely on the corrupt leaders in nigeria and throughout africa to change their minds and fix problems themselves, because most of them do nothing for the people, and continue to defend the 500 years of the exploitation of africans by the west.
