This breaks my heart! I'm black but not Nigerian or African by birth. I am a descendant of slaves who docked in South America after leaving the continent of Africa. I grew up in America and we've had and continue to have our own protests over the senseless murders of so many black women, men and children for as long back as I can remember by the hands of white supremacists in uniform. That alone hurts but the heartache I feel seeing people who look like me being murdered in Nigeria by those who most closely resemble them is an indescribable feeling. I hurt for the Nigerians protesting and the ones they have to protest for. I pray for your safety and stamina to continue to fight for your right to live. Sending Prayers of protection from NYC!

I love my country and i have watched my country protest on numerous time over the years to end corruption , but nothing has ever changed and unfortunately after a couple week of protesting and news coverage it will go back to the same old corruption , And the reason is the vast majority of nigerians only care about themselves and are less concerned about how their action affect others less fortunate to them.
