An Apple Pie That Melts In Your Mouth | Apple Rose Cake | Quick and Easy Recipe

Ingredients:
230g flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
3 eggs, room temperature
120g sugar
a pinch of salt
160g natural yoghurt, room temperature
80g butter, melted, warm
2 apples
icing sugar to decorate
Bake in the oven 175C/347F for about 40-45 min. Cool down the pie in a tin and decorate with some icing sugar.
Tin size: 20cm
Serve warm, you can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
