Hi Mary how are you. Greetings from Ireland. Hope you’re safe from Covid. It’s a lovely video - I agree elephants are very precious. Wish you a lovely weekend 🙏🌹😊👍 Michael
Vanessa I think African like you very much, you truly have the blood, every time you posted a new video you’re getting more and more pretty. I am glad everyone has settled in okay. I don’t normally comment but you’re becoming more beautiful every time I watch your video. X
Tamale is NOT north in terms of north of ghana...... upper west and upper east is. You want adventures, get at least to Walewale, Bolga, Zebilla, Bawku ( great for shopping accross the togo/burkina border )........ Navrongo/Paga...... Wa....,
Been watching your vids for a year or two now and just wanted to say you are such a breath of fresh air. Keep doing what you're doing. You are amazing. All the best.
It's amazing that at the beginning the guy said they hadn't seen elephants and you guys ended up seeing one. Must have felt like stumbling upon a legendary Pokemon.
This is truly appreciated.. Never knew that this place existed in Ghana.. Can you do more videos about Tamale...Thank you for sharing hope your son and daughter enjoyed the experience..
I like the fact that the tour guide was very educated and eloquent. The stories and experiences they share makes the trips worthwhile. Many thanks Venessa for the video.
I had a safari booked at Zania Lodge and paid a 25% deposit, then the pandemic hit. Requested a refund on a Friday promising to come back at a later date. The money was in my account the following Monday!!! Couldn't believe it!!! Good business
Greetings Vanessa Kanbi, I am very delighted that you as well as your family are activity living out your dream and I know you are so so happy.. Sharing for sharing it with us.
Thank you Vanessa for sharing the video. Elephants came out just to thank you for visiting them on a special day ;-) May God bless you, your family and Ghana.
I’ve been at Zaina lodge before at Mole National park. That was about 3 years ago in February. If you want to see the animals, you need to visit during the dry season. In raining season, the animals disappear.
Oh wow! It's really changed a lot since I was last there (2012). It's really opened up to further tourist potential. I wonder if the elephant People friendly 2 still roams around there :).
Vanessa, you're so beautiful. You're such an amazing personality with sweet smiles on your face. Welcome to Ghana the Land of great hospitality. Akwaaba Vanessa.
Ghana is beautiful and I’m claiming, it will happen for me and my family to be there! We travel around and I will buy and build!❤️🥰🇬🇭🇬🇭🙏🏽🙏🏽✊🏽✊🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽😍😍I love animals
facts... Ghana's got so much potential to self sufficient but we prefer going around with beggars bowl asking for loans. so many hidden tourists gem locations.
In Africa the Safari countries are in East/South Africa. What Ghana is big on is cultural tourism, with the slave dungeons, the Asante culture etc. We may not be able to do the high tourism numbers the Kenyas and co do, but we should strengthen our safari experience/what people can get here. There's a mini safari 2 hours outside Accra at Shai Hills that should be fenced and populated with animals to increase patronage. The Wli waterfalls (highest in West Africa) in the Volta Region is also a major tourism asset that should be developed to be properly patronized. There should be brochures on these sites, they should be on the net, we should increase the experiential experience etc etc
I was making reference to the full Ghana tourism package, where Ghanaian culture ESPECIALLY Asante culture is a big seller. I'm just speaking facts. I'm Ewe myself, but the Asante culture is dominant and is for all of us.
If they came to the Salaga slave market what INFRASTRUCTURE would they see? As compared to the huge forts that inspite of their sad history are a big EVIDENTIAL proof of the slave trade? Get my point. For the big tourist people who globetrot to the big tourist spots the world over to sample different things, East/South Africa is for Safari tourism, Egypt would give them the pyramids, the Carribean would give them pristine beaches, clear water, Europe would offer European civilization etc etc. Ghana can't impress them with our "small" Afadjato, or our "insignificant" safari because other countries would give them these and more. What we have in abundance is CULTURAL tourism.
Amongst us as Ghanaians and a few other people, the oldest mosque in Ghana, Salaga slave market, mystery stone etc would impress us and should be developed. But for the big tourism numbers in the millions that the likes of Kenya make we should highlight our unique selling point, the cultural tourism, where the dungeons, the Asante culture are the big impressive drawers, no need to argue about this. Ghana is been described as "Africa for the beginner", so it would be in our own interest to develop the other tourism sites so there's a big variety in beaches, wildlife, African culture, etc for people to enjoy
My 1st trip to Ghana I did the tourist thing, but now I've gotten to know so many people, (Ghanaian and repats), I I just like visiting and living like the locals. The only drawback is because I use the local transit system, I don't have time to visit all of my friends/acquaintances when I'm there.
👉 Happy Eid Mubarak to all the Muslims in the building.... Nice video sister 💞 👌my Africa family 🌍 let's gather here and take selfie 🤳 🇬🇭🇳🇬🇬🇭🇳🇬🇳🇬🇬🇭🇳🇬🇬🇭🇳🇬🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭👑👑👑👑
Beautiful but too expensive for me. I guess this is selective tourism....I you really have to be determined to get there. It is nice to have such a park in West Africa. Do they have a collect service from the Accra Airport. Arrival, Transfer, Lodge et return to Accra?
@clement Asampana you see your stupid mindset thats why all your girls running to Accra and Kumasi doing kayayos, look in Ghana parliament most northerners are the most in the parliament but dont help their people, just to go and give you people bag of rice and sugar
Ghana has so much tourism potential.
Got emotional when I saw the elephant they’re so precious 🥰

I like how you seem to be enjoying life in Africa. Most people don't realize how fulfilling life can be when you step out.
That's deep.
Happy birthday to your son, thanks for showing us the beautiful country called Ghana, much love from Kenya.

@@worldformatics I have lived in tml. more than a year. Its wannabe north. Even culture wise its changing if you go to the Upper East and Upper West.
Been watching your vids for a year or two now and just wanted to say you are such a breath of fresh air. Keep doing what you're doing. You are amazing. All the best.
Enjoy the country !!!. Africa is beautiful!!!.
Nice to see Zaina's Lodge get some business. David Hoffman of "Davidsbeebhere" was there a few weeks ago.
It looked like a very cool place to visit.
It's amazing that at the beginning the guy said they hadn't seen elephants and you guys ended up seeing one. Must have felt like stumbling upon a legendary Pokemon.
