I try to stay calm otherwise it just riles up the cattle but sometimes I lose my patience. Thanks for sending more videos. It's nice to see how things are done in other countries. Thanks and you as well
When you said the guy from France was driving down a skinny road, it was probably the camera view, but it looked like you were going down a pretty skinny road yourself. Thanks for the great video!!!
@@christinegombas7490 I completely understand. I wouldn't put calves on the trailer with bulls or cattle because they'd get trampled to death in transit. Thank you for watching
Notice that there is no block gate at the end of the ramp. I have been lucky enough to have one of my sheep dogs and works cattle. Have retired from carting stock
Yes with no block gate I have to high tale it out because there's no where to go in that tub. The few times I've loaded at a barn with dogs I found it to be counter productive. It just seemed to get the cattle wound up
Have to ask. I know you only haul slaughter cows. What about those calves if I may ask? Are they going to slaughter as well, or a buyer that raises bottle calves? Just curious. Probably a dumb question. Love the videos I’m glad I subscribed a while ago! Keep it up.
Buyer raises the calf, when that calf grows up and they will sell to feedlot and cattle gonna stay around 6 to 9 Months they will grow up and they can get more fat like these cattle and they will feed. grain based diet
I was just joking on the veal comment it's a parctice at auctions the real old cows with baby's the slaughter buyer will buy the pair and re run the calf the day of next sale also sometimes the buyer buys cows for slaughter and they have a calf when whateing to be picked up so the sale sells them to next week to people that bottle feed them or put them on nurse cows or graft them to a young cow with lots of milk that lost her calf at birth ..
If I leave a calf the sale barn will sell it at next auction most likely to someone that will raise it up. I know some guys that work at the barns will take them home and raise them also. Obviously I can't load them on the trailer because they'd get trampled. No question is dumb if you don't know the answer. Thanks
There was one that didn't like the gate. Do you like loading with a tub better? This trip wasn't to bad for you to load like some you've had before. Enjoy seeing the bits from France. Be safe and enjoy your weekend
Hello from France. you are really very calm to load the cattle, it is a great quality. thank you for posting my videos. have a nice week end.

The road I was on was a bit tight but not like France 😄 You're welcome
Great video as always CH
Thank you
Awesome video watching them load The sheep was Cool to.
Thank you. I found the sheep loading interesting also. It's nice to see how things are done in other countries
Another great video. Thanks for sharing the footage from elsewhere. This sale barn seems to have those extra friendly ones that keep you on your toes.
Thank you. It's always nice to see how things are done elsewhere. Seems every barn has at least one friendly one 😁
Unless you haul any from NE you don’t have to worry about getting any from me.
@@messengercreekexotics 👍 I run the Southeast
Why are you took 2 baby calves? They don't deserve to die in the slaughterhouse. Those calves needs their Momma cows for milk.
I didn't take them. If you listen in the video I said they would be cared for when the sale barn employees came in
@@CattleHauling50 I am deaf and I thought you would take baby calves to slaughterhouse.

@@CattleHauling50 have you hauled calves 600 pounds to packing plant before

The tubs are nice but hard to get out of quickly if I need to. Thanks and glad you enjoy
Everything alright
Yes thanks
I been kicked a few times, bloody hurts, had one put his horns in my ribs, luckily not broken,I had a good cattle dog he sort out the bad ones
That's why I try not to get to close to the crazy ones. Tried to keep the injuries to a minimum
@@CattleHauling50 yes it’s a young man game, you got to have a lot of patience
Seems like I see a lot of guys moving cows at night.
Many cattle haulers load in the evening after a sale has finished for the day which puts them running at night
When you gonna upload vids
Maybe Friday. Haven't been able to record much
