As someone suffering with chronic disease, I'm naturally obsessed with Ren at the moment but NF literally changed and saved my life. His music helped pull me out of the deepest depression I've ever been in and allow me to feel and hope again. I didn't think I could even enjoy music anymore before I heard his stuff. I had given up on life. I've heard many other NF fans express similar sentiment. The man saved my life with his music. He doesn't touch on chronic disease the way Ren does, but you're more than 'just' a CDN, you're a human being with depth and a voice and perspective that ought to be heard. I appreciate you and what you're doing. Please, keep it up. I'm a fan. I even hit the notification bell for you, and there's only 4 people on the whole platform I've done that for. Appreciate your view on the lyrics. My favorite is his use of the phrase "self destructive healing" but also "went for a swim and drown in your ocean". It's very thought provoking for me personally. Your thoughts on Chalk Outlines will also be interesting although it mentions Sertraline instead of Diazepam.
Hi Cheryl, well I know I would find it difficult to create much when using it. Maybe a small dose would not be such an issue, but it would not help at the time. However at a later date you might be able to use it to recall an experience such as this song.
Getting off Xanax was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life . Pills like xanax will never be the answer to your problems it will only create more problems. The best advice I can give anyone struggling with addiction is to work to improve your life and your loved ones . Make changes on how you veiw the world and how you interact with it .Positive thoughts and actions and removing bad people in your life will beat negativity
Sometimes when Panic Disorder is at a very bad point, doctors need to prescribe medicine like Xanax, Valium (Benzodiazepines) for an instant relief. Because long term medications take 2-3 weeks to start working and doctors give the long term medications with Benzodiazepines. That’s why doctors do not recommend using benzos for longer than a month or so as I remember. Because they can be very addictive and once you build up a tolaretion it is really hard to quit and it has extreme withdrawal symptoms.

I've gotten Valium for flying in the past. I only took one,but the couple of scotches made it easier. I hate flying too, David. Along with the couple of scotches,i said "weeeee" as the plane took off. My wife loves flying,and she said thats how she feels everytime she flies She's a weirdo!😊

Hello David, thanks for giving a professional interpretation to Ren's music, extremely interesting. I just watched an interview between Ren and Justin Hawkins. Justin is the lead singer of the band called The Darkness who had a massive hit with 'I Believe In A Thing Called Love'. In the interview he explains all the struggles he went through to finally get the correct diagnosis. All the doctors, therapists, specialists of all kinds. Then he tried natural medicine, faith healers, a shaman......etc......Eventually at some point he became so broken down with relentless pain that he came to the conclusion that there was demonic activity in his life which he attempted to overcome by reacting to it in unexpected ways.....I'll post a link to it here.
