Oh What a Beautiful paper you have created using wax! I think I will have to try that. It definitely gives the paper a translucent effect that is amazing to look at after you have created the project. I love seeing what you have created. I am a recent subscriber. Thank you for sharing.

You can always add a layer of baking paper in between the wax and the iron if you’re worried about ruining your iron. Or sandwich and grated wax the paper between baking paper so that 100% of your decorative paper picks up the wax.

When I tried this I was so excited and impatient that I threw caution to the wind and risk ruining my iron, but my iron survived! I don't think I'd iron clothes with it anymore but it still qualifies as a perfect craft iron.
