As an African American looking forward to moving to Africa.....the last thing I would want to do is move into a development that caters to only WHITES as seen in this video. I know Ghana want to develop it country and outside monies will help. But when a Black country allows White developers to virtually see BLACKS AS INVISIBLE SO THEY CAN ATTRACT WHITE PEOPLE AND THEIR MONEY, those white people who already think that SNUBBING BLACKS IS A PRIVILEGE will look down on Blacks even more. I get that here in America. Don't need it in Africa where Blacks are the majority. smh.
Brother/Sister consider you decision before re-locating to Ghana because you will be frustrated in Ghana all the time because Ghanaians respect Indians Pakistan and and all the other race and have minimal respect for the Black person. In my village there is this African American who has been living there for over 20 years. I stayed in her B&B and so I was asking her how did she managed to live in Ghana for all these years, She simple said to me" the Ghanaians have antiquated mindset and you cannot do anything about it". Which was very true , I suggest you try the Southern African Countries much better . I have travel over 16 African Countries and that part of Africa is much better Ghanaians have inferiority complex and there is nothing you can do about it. Am a Ghanaian by the way
