    Those of you saying you didn't know that the Estate developer is a Ghanaian might be living under the rock or you are not old enough nor you ain't Dada Bees. Every Dada Bee in Gh knows that Manet and Regimanuel Gray Estates are Ghanaian entrepreneurs.

    STOP OVERPRICING THESE HOUSES. OUR MOTHERLAND HAS A LOW GDP. WE ARE NOT AMERICA OR ENGLAND. EVEN HOUSES IN ATLANTA IS MUCH CHEAPER THAN THESE GHANA HOUSES.

      What we lack is industrialization in Africa. These developers have to imports almost everything and the duties at the ports are too high. If we start manufacturing these building components in Ghana then prices will go down. Until then it's unfortunate
